When I got inside the apartment I took a shower, changed into my pajamas and drifted into a deep sleep.
“Aubrey”, the familiar voice said to me.
I was in a forest and it was raining. When I turned around it was my mother.
“Mom”, I said surprised to see her in my dream for the first time. I missed her curly brown hair. Her big round brown eyes like mine, her chocolate brown skin and her loving smile. “I missed you so much!” I said embracing her tightly.
“Find him!” she said hugging me tightly.
“Find who?” I asked looking at her confused.
“Find my killer”, she said then I woke up.
“Whoa! Killer?”, I said getting sitting up. Then I got out of my bed confused. “It was just I dream”, I said going to get a glass of water.
“What’s wrong Aubrey?” my dad said putting some food in the pan.
“I had this dream about mom and she said ‘Find my killer’”, I said shaking my head.
“Oh that’s unusual”, he said shaking his head.
“Yeah it’s just a dream though”, I said gulping my water and going into my room falling into a deep sleep.
