Wei Ying was roaming around in a park with his brother and friend.
" Cheng-cheng~ I am hungry" he whined.
"Then eat something" Jiang Cheng said.
" I would have already eaten if I had food" Wei Ying said with a pout.
"Xian-ge, there's a departmental store ahead. You can buy some snacks from there." Huisang said.
"Aiyaa Sangsang is the best. I going right now. Don't worry I will bring something for you too. Wait for me here"
He ran towards the store.
Inside the store~
" What the hell!! Why all those tasty chips are in the highest self. I should have been more tall! " He whined while trying to reach it.
Suddenly a hand came from behind and grabbed the packet he wanted and gave it to him.
He looked behind a tall , man was standing too close to him. He looked up to see his face .
So handsome.....those eyes - it's-.....
Suddenly tears started forming into his eyes.
Lan Zhan was so happy to finally meet him. His heart was beating so fast.
Wait..why is he crying?! Did I hurt him or something...he was so startled.
Before he could process his mind Wei Ying suddenly ran from there, quickly paid for whatever he took and left from there.
Jiang Cheng and Nie Huisang was sitting on a bench in the park. Wei Ying came give them the packet of snacks and sit beside them silently.
"Why aren't you eating now? Weren't you just dying with hunger few minutes ago?!" Jiang Cheng scoffed.
But no reply from Wei Ying. It was rare to see him this quiet. They both look at him somewhat worried.
" Xian - ge? "
"......"
"Wei Wuxian"
"......." Still no response.
Wei Ying was currently thinking of those golden eyes he just met.
That same eyes, same face.... It's him. It's definitely him.
" WEI WUXIAN!!"
A sudden loud voice of Jiang Cheng kicked him out of his deep thoughts. He looked over at Jiang Cheng.
"What?"
"Isn't that what I am supposed to ask you? What in the world happened to you? Why are you daydreaming suddenly?" Jiang Cheng.
"Uh- oh really?" Wei Ying said still unaware of what he missed .
" Yes you are looking like you just met your long time crush just now" Jiang Cheng said mocking.
But Wei Ying's eyes immediately went wide, his cheeks flushed light pink which didn't go unnoticed by his brother.
"Wait.. did you really-"
"What crush?! Whose crush?! What did I miss?!" Nie Huisang cut Jiang Cheng off before he could finish.
"Well, There is a boy whom he has been dreaming of since childhood. He thinks that it was his soulmate in his past life." Jiang Cheng replied.
Nie Huisang exclaimed, "Wow how romantic!! But why past life, it can be this life's too?! "
" Because the boy in his dream, wear blue and white robes with a forehead ribbon which has cloud patterns on them. And also has a sword just like ancient times. He bragged to me about how handsome he is so many times already that I am sick of it!!"
" Woahhhhh maybe they are fated soulmates. Xian-ge, what will you do if you really meet him? ", Huisang.
Well I just met him and ran away. Wei Wuxian, why are you such a coward!! You have been waiting for him for a long time and you just wasted your chance...
He started scolding himself in mind.
Jiang Cheng and Nie Huisang saw that he has again started daydreaming.
" Okay okay now let's eat. " Jiang Cheng said.
Wei Ying snapped out of his thoughts for now and focused on his food.
