Chapter 1

Walking hand in hand with the person he loved, Takemichi Hanagaki enjoyed the calming atmosphere surrounding him. The starry sky along with blossom petals floating through the air created such a breathtaking scenery that he didn't want to speak, in fear of ruining the ambience

But after a while the black haired male let his eyes trail sideways at his fiancée, who just like him, seemed to be enjoying the moment. At least, he based that of the way her orbs sparkled 

Letting out a sigh, Takemichi couldn't help but think how lucky he was to have her by his side. Especially after all the trouble he had to go through to get her

For the past eleven months, the boy had lived nothing but a happy life that was filled with new adventures. And although these may have been less thrilling and dangerous compared to the ones he experienced during his time in Toman, it was still equally nice. Especially when he shared them with his closest friends

Mikey, Draken, Mitsuya, Hakkai, Smiley, Angry, Pey, Pah, Kazutora and Baji

Though each of them had taken a different living path, everyone, including him made sure to stay in contact with each other. For example, they would at least try to hang out once a week at someones place. Which would often be at Draken and Emma's house. But if by any change that wasn't possible, then it would either be at the braided man his shop or at the ramen restaurant of the Kawata brothers

Speaking of jobs, compared to what his friends did to earn money, Takemichi was still stuck at his shitty job from high school

For some reason the boy found it rather difficult to get his hands on something serious. Which meant that as long as he didn't find anything, he was unfortunately doomed to keep working at the DVD store

Sometimes he found it quite laughable...How a teenager from high school that had now grown into a full adult still earned money in a place like that

" Takemichi!!" Hinata's sudden raise of voice brought the man out of his train of thoughts 

" W-what?" he stammered

Shaking her head, the girl stopped walking " I asked you something concerning our wedding. But I guess you didn't hear it. "

Rubbing his neck, the boy let out a nervous chuckle " Sorry, mind saying it again?"

" I asked if you heard anything from Chifuyu?" the girl repeated her sentence with a troubled look " Because besides him, everyone else already informed me whether or not they would attend the wedding. "

Hearing his bride to be mention his friend, the boy couldn't help the frown that spread across his features "To be honest, I don't know either" he sighed 

" But don't worry, I'll text him about it. And if he doesn't reply then I'll just go and ask him in person tomorrow" 

Humming in satisfaction, Hina let her fingers caress the surface of Takemichi's palm " I really hope he comes" she smiled sadly

"Yeah...me too"

The next day when it was a little past morning and Takemichi still hadn't received a reply from his friend, he let out a disappointed groan

Though he really didn't feel like getting out of the house, the boy was unfortunately left with little choice. After all, he had made a promise to his fiancée the previous day. And because he didn't want to let her down, the black haired male immediately headed towards his destination

He first went to his friends house which turned out to be empty. And after having searched in every possible place but with no result, the boy headed to a particular store in which he was sure he would find him
