One week earlier...

Lila crossed her legs, sitting on her bed, and opened up her phone. Nothing new, nothing interesting. As usual.

Oh, wait, except for the part about Ladybug. Ladybug, Ladybug, Ladybug, she's all anyone ever talked about. Such an angel, our guardian, kind, beautiful, lucky we have her. She scowled with disgust and slapped her phone onto her night stand. They were all dead wrong.

Lila reached into her pocket. Inside was a strange, but kind of pretty charm: pink, yellow, blue and turquoise beads gave off a happy vibe and in the middle a large, squarish green bead with a stich pattern flower. She had found it on the campus of Francois Dupont, ironically just as Adrien Agreste was driving away in his shiny silver car. She fingered it for a moment, having a nagging feeling that she had seen it before.

She shoved it back into her pocket, reached for her laptop, and went onto a social media site.

It was time this ridiculous Ladybug worshipping nonsense ended. For good.
