#103. The Void State Method

~This method is similar to the I Am Method/Julia Method for shifting.~

Step 1) Relax in a position on your bed that's comfortable, but not too comfortable.

Step  2) Pick 2 identical body parts to focus your energy on. It could be your 2 feet, hands, or arms. Close your eyes and focus your energy on only ONE of those body parts. Imagine energy gathering there.

Step 3) Switch to your other body part, your other foot, arm, or hand and do the same thing as step 2.

Step 4) Keep doing step 3 and step 2 until you feel it is enough. Just switch your energy and focus on the body parts that you selected. After that, you should be in the "I AM" state.

Once in the "I AM" state, you most likely will feel unstoppable or unyielding. But don't move or flinch, or make any movements.

Step 5) Begin to feel like there's a black void underneath you, then visualize your DR and try to feel it. It's okay if your mind wanders, just calmly try to move back your focus on your DR. And then you're there in your DR.

Note: But this takes practice. But it's a very powerful state to be in, so it is worth it.
