Step 1) Lay down on your back, be relaxed and have your mind blank.

Step 2) Then repeat the same shifting affirmation into your head. (If you don't know any, just repeat the affirmation: ("I am shifting to my desired reality now").

Step 3) After a little bit, you should feel a light pressure on your head.

Step 4) When this occurs, imagine a hole that is forming next to the knee that is closest to your dominant hand.

Step 5) Now with that dominant hand of your's, reach it towards the hole.
