Chapter 28: A Different Kind of High

We were still in the forest, making up by making out. We're cuddling inside the hollow spot beneath the big tree where I found Train sleeping.

"Train, isn't it getting late? B-Baka hanapin na ako sa bahay. Uuwi ka with me tonight, right?"

"Oh, you don't like it here? Do you prefer the bed?" he smirked.

"Dummy! W-We can visit here naman minsan if we want to," I answered with a blushing face.

"Alright. Let me try out something."

Pagkasabi niya no'n, tumayo siya at lumabas. Maya-maya, nakita ko na siyang unti-unting umaangat. Oh, so he is testing out his wings if he can still fly.

"Kumusta?" I asked.

Like an overexcited puppy, he ran to me with a huge smile ang hugged me.

"It's back, Raven! My wings are back!"

"H-Happy for you!" Deep inside, medyo may kirot sa puso ko. Hindi ko kasi alam kung sino ba ang dahilan kaya nagkaroon ng nga pakpak si Train.

"I'm happy that my wings are back, but..."

"Hmm? But what?"

He then lifted me up from our hug, and slowly, I can feel us starting to float up. "I'm happy that my wings are back, but I'm happier that you're back."

"Train..."

Dahan-dahan siyang lumilipad pataas, inaalalayan niya ako with utmost care para hindi ako mabigla o mahulog. It's a different feeling from when he first carried me in the air. Last time, we were flying. But this time, it feels like we're floating.

It's a warm and fluffy feeling. Marahan ang kaniyang paglipad, and I can feel how deeply he cares for me by making sure I feel safe and secure. His arm is around my waist, and his other hand is cupping my head.

Oh, Train. We're flying but you're making me fall for you even more.

Nagulat ako dahil bigla niya akong hinalikan. He started kissing me passionately. "T-Train!"

I felt him smirk against my lips. "This is actually what I wanted to try," he said as he continued kissing me.

Up, up, up we went—kissing passionately while floating. Grabe 'tong si Train, how can one not fall for his hotness? What a casanova! What a lady-killer!

Maya-maya, bigla akong nakaramdam ng hawak sa butt ko. His hand is now cupping my butt cheek. "Mmrain!" imik ko. I tried to speak his name but he stopped me by kissing me harder.

"Shh. Just hush and enjoy the ride." The hand cupping my butt cheek suddenly started caressing it. What the? This is a different feeling. I have never experienced Train being this playful and forward with me. He's definitely taking things up to the next level.

"Mmmm..." I moaned.

We were still floating in the air. I can feel my head floating too. He's giving me a different kind of high and I think I might go crazy.

"Ah!" Hindi ko napigilan ang pagtili when the hand caressing my butt cheek gave it a firm squeeze.

I heard Train chuckling.

"Y-You! I never knew you can be such a perv!" namumula kong hirit.

"Oh, you have no idea." He smiled.

Jusko, ilayo niyo po ako sa tukso. Nahihirapan na po akong magpigil dito sa monster na 'to.

"And, we have reached our destination," he announced.

Pagtingin ko sa baba, nasa may bahay na pala kami. Unti-unti na ring bumababa si Train mula sa paglipad. Baliw na yata ako dahil bigla akong nalungkot at nakauwi na kami.

Train smiled at me and raised his brow. "Hey, what's wrong? I thought you wanted us to go home already. Why do you look disappointed?"

This guy.Grabe 'yong confidence level niya! Hindi kinakaya ng marupok kong puso. Pero in fairness naman kasi, dalang0dala niya ang pagiging confident niya dahil bagay sa kanya. Who wouldn't be confident if you have a pretty face and a hot body like Train?

"I'll meet you in your room. Go greet your parents," aniya sa'kin.

"Okay." My heart was so full and happy. I rushed to door because I was excited to finally be at home with Train again.

Binuksan ko ang pintuan nang may malaking ngiti sa mukha, pero bigla itong naglaho sa nakita ko.

My dad—he's sitting by the dining table alone with a long, sad face buried in his palms.

"Dad? Is something wrong?"
