Letter to my Dream

Dear Dream (can I even say that)

I gotta say, you're very annoying. I don't know why people call you a dream, when I'd define you more as a wish, a fantasy, a hope for something that I want.

I never saw you when I was in slumber, nor did you flash before my eyes as a vision. You were planted into my conscience and you've been there most my life. You would be a friend if you were not so naggingly annoying. But I can't hate you.

Nope I don't work hard for you or put in extra effort, but you're a dream so when ever I visit you, it's with full determination and passion, because really, you are a big part of me.
