Ever wondered what would happen if Wu got bit by the Devourer? Ever wondered what would happen if the Ninja fought for an evil cause? Ever wondered what would happen if everyone's favorite female side characters became the main thing?
Then this book, or rather, series is your go-to.
I wrote this poem for the first book in the series but it can be taken as a general view on the Ninja's perspective.

Long ago in the book of prophecy
Words sung of heroes four
Their tale would start with struggle and patience
And end with glory and more
But darkness rose up from under their feet
And took control of their tide
So now those heroes follow the shadows
Walking to the dark side
And one by one they fell back from the light
They couldn't tell the right from wrong
Meant for the day but now they ruled the night
Evil's influence was so strong
Face to face with challenges many
Wielding their weapons of gold
They fought and battled, till the earth rattled
Keeping their stance stiff and cold
The call of fate and the stirring of hearts
Was but a moment so brief
They wrapped the darkness around them so tightly
Turning them all into thieves
And one by one they deceived fragile hearts
Bringing them down right at their feet
Children of the night, they have strayed too far
Beyond the point of no retreat
Soon after, in the book of prophecy
The pages started to burn
Destiny's call had faded to silence
In hopes of the heroes' return
Now, new warriors have emerged from the ashes
As fate had always foretold
They'll write legends better than before
Taking the place of the old
