The next morning Deimos wakes up to Fred and George jumping onto his bed "Wake Up!" they tell him in sync. Deimos jumps up, his hair turning blue "Guys!" he exclaims. "Your hairs changed colour." Fred tells him. "Yeah, it's blue." George adds. Sighing Deimos changes his hair back "You guys made me jump." he pouts. "We've told you, you shouldn't be ashamed about being a metamorphmagus." George says. "It's really cool." Fred adds. "I guess but it's the main reason that Lucius made Narcissa get rid of me." Deimos points out. "Because he's a complete idiot." the twins respond. Deimos shrugs and climbs out of bed, following the twins downstairs to the kitchen "Morning Mum, Dad already at work?" he asks. "Yeah, he left about an hour ago." Molly responds kissing his head as he sits down. They all start eating breakfast when Deimos spots five owls flying to the window "Mum, the owls are here." he says jumping up. Molly grabs the letters and hands them out to Percy, George, Fred, Deimos and Ron, each of them opening them as quickly as possible.

Deimos smiles and looks at his mum "This won't be cheap mum." he tells her. "We'll make do. Narcissa sent some money for your stuff." Molly tells him. Deimos' hair turns pink without him realising, the rest of the family all look at each other but don't say anything knowing that he gets self conscious. Ginny leans into Deimos "I want to go this year." she pouts. "You'll come next year Gin. Think you get a whole year with your older brothers hanging round." Deimos tells her kissing the top of her head. "I guess." Ginny shrugs. "Right, everyone go get dressed. We'll leave for Diagon Alley in an hour." Molly tells her children.
