I definitely agree with this. Bakugo stans, please don't be upset haha.
I think that Bakugo has great character development in my opinion though. Especially his development in the recent chapters concerning his dynamic with Deku. I've come to like him more as time went on. He has grown as a person and as a student hero, but he still isn't my favorite character by any means.
However, as much as I like his development, I do think that he is overrated as a character. This boy has managed to be the #1 character in most of the MHA popularity polls for both the American and Japanese audience. It's kind of crazy how popular he is, even before his development started to get good.
Again, Bakugo has great development, but I kind of wonder how he is pretty much the most popular character in the series.
If you love Bakugo and think he deserves to be as popular as he is, than I can respect that too.
