"Hey babe, do you miss me?" Harry's voice speaks through the phone as Louis places a kiss onto Niall's cheek.
Niall doesn't answer.
Harry chuckles, "Speechless? Well I miss you."
Louis plants more kisses on Niall's face.
"A year. Wow. Can you believe I've been gone that long?"
Niall hangs up the phone.
He doesn't know how it happened. All he knows is it did happen. Harry was gone for studying for a year. Niall was left to wait for him to get back. What was he supposed to do? Knit?
The skype calls had ended after about a week, they just never had time to talk.
Then Niall met Louis. And Louis doesn't know that Niall was - or is, actually - dating Harry. And Harry doesn't know that Niall is technically dating Louis. That doesn't make Niall a bad person, right?
He just needed someone and Louis was there. He was sweet and cute and just... there.
He loves Harry. He loves Louis. He hates himself.
