Kali's POV

It wasn't supposed to happen like this. It was never supposed to go this far. Dear god, I never wanted this to happen. But I can only move forward now; I can only move on, and avenge my beloved mate.

"Orders, Luna?" I cocked my head to the side, and gave them a smile. By the looks on their faces, it seemed I was giving them my evil smile. Good.

"Call a meeting. This will get very interesting..." My voice trailed off as my thoughts ran rampant at all of the ideas that were swimming through my mind.

The original plan was to befriend Holland, get her away from her mates long enough so that she could grow an attachment to Theo and I, watch as Grey and Ryker crumble before our eyes, and take control of their pack. The Bloodstone Pack is one of the largest packs in America, as well as one of the most powerful. They were powerful due to Holland, and a few other females who are able to bear the children of Alpha's. Although the female may not be mated to an Alpha, they are still made by the Fates to be able to carry them, just in case. For what? Who knows. I sure don't. And I don't necessarily care.

Why were we doing this? To prove to the Fates that we are worth their attention; to prove to our parents that we are worth the disgrace they receive on a daily basis; to prove that we ourselves are worth it.

Theo and I cannot be together, but we were made for each other by the Fates. We were meant to be mates, I just know it. I get the sparks, I get the undying love, I get the want and longing for him in my heart. Why does no one understand us? Why are they always so quick to push us aside?

They won't push us away anymore, Kali. Not after this. My wolf, Mallory, spoke to me. I nodded my head as everyone wearily sat down in the chairs that were set up for them.

I cleared my throat and straightened myself. I need to present myself in a way that will positively grab their attention.

"Hello everyone! I know you are all thinking the same thing: she is a disgrace, or why am I here, or she really needs to shut up." I chuckled to myself, but the whole crowd was still quiet. I felt their glares, and I felt myself start to sweat.

You are doing great. Screw them. Mallory encouraged me, and I cleared my throat again.

"Anyway, I have come up with a new plan that will result in success, rather than failure. I have learned from Th-" My throat started to close in, as flashes of pain rain through me at the mention of his name. I have been away from him for far too long, I must see him soon. "-eo, and fixed where he went wrong. What we need to do is quite simple actually." I saw everyone straighten in their chairs, and start to pay attention.

"We will do what we do best: kill." Evil smirks donned everone's face as the las word rolled off of my tongue.

I told you they would be on board. Mallory spoke, and I had to contain my excitement. They will not know what hit them, not at all.
