Haku froze with a soft smirk playing on his lips, 'It hasn't been long since I saw you last.' Haku hummed. Yukio stood in the middle unsure whether to speak on his lady's behalf and thank him or wait for her answer. Hinata's sly eyes glimmered 'yes it hasn't, say what brings you on this specific part if this vast forest?' Zabuza tensed there was a mission they had to complete and it just so happened they crossed paths. 'I can answer that for you and it just so happened that we crossed paths once again lady Hinata.' 'I see' Hinata said sharply and suddenly coming very close to his face which startled zabuza such speed! he thought, 'well I wish you both a safe journey.' Hinata smiled backing away with a smile. 'However I insist that you both stay a night as compensation for saving my dear Yukio from death's door.' again with the same smile not faltering for a second. 

Time skip

With everyone settling down in the Benemoth mansion 

Hinata was about to begin her solo walk however Yukio tried to ask no beg Hinata to take him with her since he was worried to what will become of her. Hinata only smiled while politely declining his offer and walked until she saw a sakura tree this reminded her of the days where sakura would share some of her lunch with Hinata when she was forgotten to be given her's. The days where they would talk and smile brought a small blush on her face, Hinata had to admit even after sakura's betrayal, she acknowledged that Sakura was the first person for a period of time that truly tried to make her feel better whether it was about her ex-crush with Naruto or her family 's constant verbal and physical abuse. But the feeling of fluttering quickly vanished Hinata  now even admitted if she was a guy she would have been as crazy for sakura as she is to sasuke. With that her smile vanished with an emotionless face replacing it. Hinata sighed gazing at the sakura tree as the petals fell at rhythm to her heart beat.

'Haku i am no fool...' Hinata said in a voice with ice which made Haku's bone chilled 'I am well aware Lady Hinata.' Haku said with a composed voice. 'hmm' Hinata hummed in response. 'Very well, what are your intentions?' Hinata asked, 'I could ask the same with you my lady.' Haku said smiling in his mask. 'That so? I extended my hospitality and I am being inerrogated that it is a very strange way of showing gratitude dear.' Hinata concluded as she reached to take a sakura petal and left holding it close to her heart. Feelings are complicated hinata thought. Leaving Haku dazed yet again 'The emotions you make me feel lady Hinata...'

Author's note 

If any of you noticed the slight resemblance in personality between my Hinata here and Shinobu Kocho one of the three of my favourite Hashiras (or even the most) I admire shinobu's agility so I included it here.

Surprised with the little sakuhina I added? Well I want there to be a bit of competition between Sakura and Haku since to me it would seem a bit empty if only Haku was the only suitor to my beloved Hinata in this story who knows she might even get a harem?
