*LOUIS' POV*

I wake up just as the sun starts to peek over the vast horizon, and despite the beautiful view that meets my eyes when I open them, I open them properly when I look at the time. I have no idea why my mind decided to wake up at such an ungodly hour on a fucking Sunday when I only had a few hours of sleep since the last fucking week.

It's been a while since the album was released and as much as I have been enjoying all the compliments I received from my legend fans around the world, all the promo really got me and it's literally been a day since I have been relieved of my work. All I plan on doing now for the next month is chill with my friends and family and take a breather before the tour starts. I also plan on getting the most of Harry while I still can.

Speaking of, my mind finally registers why I woke up. Courtesy to the constant shuffling of my husband. I turn around from the window to face him and see him frowning.

"Harry, will you please stop shuffling, babe? It's literally 6 in the morning and I need sleep or I'll have to kill you."

He simply snorts before squinting his eyes open and shifting again to cuddle into me.

"I can't sleep."

"Ugh."

I grunt as he shifts again and sits up.

"Get up."

"Harry-"

"Get up. Neither of us are going to sleep now anyways, better get some coffee and have an early morning."

"Remind me again, why the fuck did I marry a morning person?"

"Stoppp. It's beautiful outside. It's an amazing morning. Just get up and have some coffee with me and you'll see."

I groan in frustration, but sit up nonetheless and Harry smiles despite my frustration.

Why do I have to be so in love with this little shit?

But I silently agree with his notion and we both sit on the couch, ten minutes later, with steaming cups of coffee in our hands and conversation flows between us as easily as it has since the past 10 years.

"The band's 10th anniversary is coming up, boo." Harry says as he looks at the calendar behind me.

Fun fact: we have a one direction calendar. I know some people might think its lame, but Harry and I have always looked back on our days with fond memories. Neither of us have any sour feelings about the fact that we weren't allowed to express our love for each other openly because we are more grateful about the fact that not only did we find each other, we found 3 other best friends; and we have multiple memoirs around the place to remind us of that time together.

Harry insisted on getting a one direction custom calendar built every year and I could never say no to that face.

"It feels so surreal, doesn't it, Harry? 10 years, and we're still the biggest fucking boy band in the world."

"I know, right? It's still hard to process that fact. We were so fucking huge."

"Yeah."

Our conversation deters to the various memories the five of us created whilst in the band; and we laugh at the fact that we had to deter to things such as travelling in a fucking bread van because the fans were too excited to see us and we would never be able to get to the venue.

"They were literally everywhere."

"They still are." I say and laugh, before an idea pops into my head.
