"Well we're fucked." North Korea said.

You got up from the floor and walked around. JE was still sitting on the floor, trying to fix the teleportation device. Poland walked over to the door. He turned the doorknob but it doesn't budge. "I give up." Poland says and walks away from the door. "Don't be such a baby and try harder." North told Poland. You looked under the bed. You found a piece of paper. It look crumpled up and you opened it. The paper had words on it: 'Welcome to the hotel! 40 floors with 40 mysteries, but if you found this paper, you haven't found the first clue yet!' 'What's the first clue?' You thought to yourself. You looked over at the other countries, they were all searching. You continued to look around, and you looked up at the ceiling.

"Guys, there's a fricking banner on the ceiling!" You exclaimed, 'It must be the first clue!' "What in the world..." Finland said, "How could we have missed that?" "Haha...People are like that..." Belarus told Finland. "We wasted so much time trying to find something so big like that!" North Korea exclaimed. "It's in Polish." JE said. "How do you know? I never knew you studied Polish." Poland said. "It has the word Niemcy." JE told Poland. "Oh....Okay." Poland said, "But are you still studying Polish?" "No." JE said. 

"It reads: Kluczem do otwarcia drzwi jest miejsce, w którym Niemcy siedziały wcześniej!" Poland said. (Sorry if it's wrong, I used Google Translate.) "What does that mean?" You asked Poland. "Well it means: The key to unlock the door is where Germany sat earlier!" Poland said. "Where did Germany sit earlier in his room?" Finland asked. "Oh, he was sitting on his pillow on his bed." North said. "How do you know-?" Belarus asked. "I got teleportation powers after I touched JE." North explained, "South got the same power." "Well, can you teleport outta here?" You asked. "No, I can't seem to. There seems to be a very powerful barrier." North replied. "Why would you go to see Germany..?" JE asked. "Haha. I don't even know why." North replied.

"Let's just go check under the pillow." Belarus said. You lifted up the pillow and saw a key. "At least the banner didn't lie." Finland said, "And we are dumbasses." "Why yes, yes we are." You said and picked up the golden colored key. You walked over to the door. When you were about to unlock the door, you heard a distorted scream. You jumped and dropped the key. "Y/N, what's wrong?" North asked you. You swear you just heard the distorted scream come from right next to you. "Y/N?" North asked again. "How about you do it.." You said and picked up the key. "Hmm...sure..?" North said and took the key. 

You could feel someone watching you and it gave you the chills. "What's wrong?" Belarus asked you. "I uh.......I don't know how to say it..." You mumbled. "Need a hug?" Belarus asked you softly. You nodded. Belarus hugged you and you felt relieved, the feeling of being watched did stop. Belarus let go, "Feeling better?" Belarus asked you. "Yea." You replied. "Come on. The door is opened." North said and dragged you and Belarus out of the room. "It's a bit dark. Where's the light switch?" JE questioned. "I can't seem to see any." Finland says. You look at Finland and jumped. "Finland! Your eyes are frickin' glowing!" You exclaimed. "Oh." Finland said. 

"Nice. I guess that comes with night vision?" Poland says. Finland shrugs. "Actually there's a switch right there." Finland points to behind JE. "Ohhh...." JE says, "Is that why we must always look behind us?" "Well yes, but actually no." Belarus says. "Hmm...." You say as you spot a painting on the wall. It look very weird. But the longer you stared at it the more disturbing it got. You felt like you were going to faint and quickly walked away from the painting. "Y/N, you alright?" Poland asked you. "I feel like I am going to faint..." You replied. "Why?" Poland asked you. "That painting." You answered. Poland looked behind you and walked to the painting. "Oh. I get it! This is one of Dr. Kevorkian's paintings!" Poland exclaimed. 

"So..?" You asked. "The longer you stare at his paintings, the more disturbing it gets. I remember watching a YouTube video at your house and saw a video about his paintings! His paintings can also be found at a museum. In the museum, there were people in the room with his paintings, one of them wanted to leave because she was going to faint, and another one fainted. The one that fainted woke up and screamed while staring at nothing, they then left the premises and never came back." Poland explained. (That was long lmao XD)

"So are we in a fucking haunted hotel?" Belarus cursed. "Nah. There's nothing paranormal happening. Plus the painting is just very graphic, that might cause it to be disturbing." JE said. "I want to go home and eat some pierogis right now." Poland says. "If you want to go home, we need to find a way outta this place! And we all want to get the fuck out of here." North Korea told Poland. "Calm down, North." You told NK.

"Let's continue walking instead of fighting." Finland said. North nods and walks over to Finland. "There are some stairs here!" JE yells from the other side of the floor. "When did he get there? Ah nevermind, let's go." Belarus said. "Okay." You say, following the others. 

You walked down the stairs last. "To be honest, maybe we were on the 40th floor, I only found the stairs down, not up." JE said. "Most likely." Finland said. You felt someone touch your back, sending you chills. That same uneasy feeling like when locked in the room came back. You turned behind you. No one was there... You turned back to the countries. When you turned your head, you swore you saw something black pass by in the speed of light. 'What's that..?' You thought to yourself. "Guys, I feel like we are being watched.." Poland said. "Yea, me too...I saw something black pass by." You said. "So I was not going crazy." North Korea said, "I saw something black pass by us too."

All of a sudden, the light started flickering like shit. Soon after that, the light stopped flickering and turned off. "What in fuck's sake?!" JE exclaimed. "Anyone have a flashlight?" Belarus asked. "No." You replied, "I don't have any." "Me neither." Finland responded. "Yea, I don't have any too." Poland replied. "Yep. Me too. No flashlight." JE said. The lights suddenly turned back on. "Where's North?" Belarus asked. "Why would he leave us?" Poland asked. "What the flippin' fish?" You said.
