Miniminter #10 Part 2

(Ok I'm not going to lie but this one shot is kinda the same as a Indian movie I have watched so yea but the weirdest part is that after I uploaded the first part, the movie was actually on TV so I was sitting there like wtf is happening?)

*Tami's POV*

I looked at Simon and tried to hold my tears back

"Tami?" Simon said

"I.want.my.son Simon" I repeated, I heard giggling in the living room and it sounded like a baby. I walked around Simon and went to the living room to find everyone plus Mason there. I coughed awkwardly, they looked at me and froze while Mason giggled. I heard Simon walked in behind me

"Tami, can we talk about this?" Simon asked

"Simon, I want my son back" I said and looked at him before walking over to Josh and grabbed Mason

"Tami? Don't be this, we want to be apart of his life" Simon said

"Simon, you lost all rights for Mason when you cheated on me" I said, I made sure Mason was comfortable in my arms before turning around to look at Simon

"It was not like that, I was drunk and didn't mean to" Simon said and rubbed his temper

"You still cheated, I'm taking Mason with me" I said

"Tami, Simon does have rights because he is the father of Mason" Josh said, I looked at Simon

"Simon will get Mason back and full control when I'm dead. That's the only time" I said

"Where's his stuff?" I asked

"Upstairs in my room" Simon said with hurt in his voice

"SIMON" Everyone but me and Simon shouted

"Why did you tell her?" Josh asked 

"Because a child needs his mother but he also needs his father, Tami please" Simon said

"Tami, come on. We want to be there for him, you can't do this" Harry said

"Harry, I can do whatever I want for my child. Simon, this is my child. He might have your DNA but I still got full control. You are not the person who gave birth to him, you didn't carry him around for 9 months in pain, if you haven't noticed this child is the only thing I've got left since everyone has left me. So don't tell me what to do" I said before going upstairs to pack Mason's things 

*SKIPPING THE PACKING*

I walked downstairs with a suitcase in one hand and a car seat with Mason in the other hand

"Tami?" I heard behind me once I got to the front door, I turned around to see all of them there 

"Can I at least know where you are staying so I could visit from time to time?" Simon asked, I knew I was pissed off at him but he does have rights. I put everything down and looked in my bag for a card that had my name, number and address on it, I got it made because I needed a job so when looking for one you need one. I pulled out a card and handed it to Simon

"You have to call me first before coming over and I must be there when you visit" I said and grabbed everything and left with my baby boy...

A/N 

I know it's short and I'm sorry. The next part will be the last part of this one shot. ALSO I am sorry for not uploading the past three days, the internet in my house stopped working so I couldn't upload, I tried to upload from my phone but that also decided to broke. BUT the internet is fixed again after someone came to fix it so I should be back to uploading.
