*Britney's POV*

Hey, we should hang out today I haven't seen you in a long time. How does football at soccer dome sound? - Si x

Did he just call me love? But he's one of my best friends. wait, hold on. I haven't introduce myself, my name is Britney Taylor and I'm 19 years old. That idiot you saw me texting is one of my best friends from high school (secondary if in UK) We haven't seen each other for a while now since he is a YouTuber and does live with his other friends. His name is Simon Minter and yes as in Miniminter. But here's a little secret I've had a crush on Si from the first day I met him in history class; he doesn't know which is a good thing because if he finds out then it will ruin our friendship and I can't afford that. Anyways I got changed then headed to the soccer dome to meet Simon.

*Skipping Journey There*

I got to the dome and looked around for Simon, this is going to be hard.

"BRITNEY" I heard someone behind me shout, I turned around to see a 6 foot 2 guy waving me over but he looked a little bit like Si. Hey, don't judge me I haven't seen Si for a long time. I quickly walked over knowing its Si for sure, damn he looks so cute. I got over to him and we hugged

"It's been a long time since I last saw you" he said before pulling away from the hug

"I know plus you've got taller" I said

"Or your just short as hell" He said

"Shut up" I said and playfully punched his arm, he laughed

"Erm... Two of my friends are gonna join us, is that ok?" He said and awkwardly scratched his neck. Oh wow, I thought today was just going to be us two but I guess not. I couldn't say 'no' but that will be rude

"Yea that's fine" I said with a fake smile

"Oh thats good because they are walking over right now" He said just as two people came up to us

"Britney this is my friend/roommate Josh and his girlfriend Tami" Simon said

"Hi, I'm Britney one of Simon's high school friends" I said

"Oh thank god another girl is here, I thought I was going to be the only one" Tami said which caused us to laugh

*RANDOM TIME SKIP*

Right now Josh and Simon were having a match against each other while me and Tami sat and watched them

"You like Simon, don't you?" Tami randomly said, I looked at her shocked

"W-what? No?" I asked

"You don't have to lie, I know you do. I've seen the way you've been looking at him, why don't you tell him?" Tami said/asked

"You mad? I don't want to ruin our friendship plus he might not like me" I said before looking back at the game. After a few minutes of slience

"JOSH?" Tami shouted, Josh and Simon stopped playing and looked over

"YEA?" Josh shouted back

"COME HERE PLEASE" Tami shouted, Josh jogged over and bent down next to Tami. She whispered something to him before he nodded and looked at me. She better not told him that I like Simon.

"Britney, why don't you go play football with Simon? I'm tired plus I want to spend sometime with Tami" Josh said, I looked at them confused because they both were smiling but I nodded my head before jogging over to Simon

"Hey, I'm playing with you for now" I said

"That's fine so best of 10?" Simon said

"Your on Minter" I said

"Bring it Taylor" Simon said.

*TIME FORWARDS*

We played football and the score was 2-5 Simon was winning but there was no way I'm not letting him beat me. I was kicking the ball when Simon came to take it but ended up stumbling and we accidently kissed. After a few seconds we realise what was happening and pulled away, I looked at Simon to see him shocked. Before any of us could say anything, I grabbed myself and ran all the way home. What happened? We kissed? He hates me now! God, I'm soo stupid!!!

*THREE WEEKS LATER*

I haven't talked to Simon since that kiss and he didn't bother contacting me, actually Tami had managed to get my number from Simon and we did talk. She kept me updated on things and we grow close but the best thing is that she still hasn't said anything about my crush to Simon. Today Tami and Josh were coming over along with other people, it's my birthday today and decided to throw a little party. I invited Simon but I doubt he would came, I mean he probably hates me.

*SKIPPING TWO HOURS FORWARD. (I'M SORRY FOR SKIPPING TIME A LOT, I PROMISE THIS IS THE LAST TIME SKIP)*

The house was full with people dancing or talking, Tami, Josh and the other Sidemen had came over but no Simon *sigh* I was talking to Tami

"He hates me doesn't he?" I asked her

"No, he doesn't. He is just trying to understand the fact that he kissed one of his best friends" Tami said

"Yea but still" I said, Tami looked behind me and smiled

"Hun, turn around" She said, I looked at her confused but still turned around to see Simon standing there with a rose in his hand

"Simon, what-" Before I could finish my sentence I felt a pair of lips meet mines, I kissed back and wrapped my arms around their neck. We pulled away and I looked to see Simon

"I'm sorry for ignoring you. I just need to process the fact that I was in love with my best friend and I know you like me too. Tami told me actually she was shouting at me about how much of a dick I was being and it slipped." He said and chuckled, I chuckled as well

"I forgive you but I should be saying sorry as well and I need to thank Tami for telling you even when I want to kill her at the same time" I said

"Britney, will you be my girlfriend?" Simon said, I smiled

"Yes" I said and we kissed again, we heard cheering and pulled away to see EVERYONE watching us...
