raelynn smiled as karl's giggle filled the air.

the six of them were all currently sat on beach towels, watching the sunset.

"stO- stop!" dream wheezed, gasping for air.

he was laughing at a stupid joke that quackity had made. raelynn rolled her eyes and smiled.

she glanced over at karl, immediately being met with his gray eyes staring back at her. she smiled at him, he returned the smile and she looked away.

her heart was pounding out of her chest as she thought back to what had happened earlier today.

she thought of how close they were, how their faces were inches apart and how he was going to kiss her.

she was pretty upset that he didn't end up kissing her.

she just wanted to be with him already.

she longed to be in his arms again, she missed his touch.

raelynn let out a sigh.

she felt someone grab her hand.

she turned her head back to karl who had moved closer and held onto her hand.

their fingers intertwined as she looked back at the sunset.

"the view is really pretty." sapnap admitted.

"yeah," karl agreed.

she glanced at him, he wasn't even looking at the sky. she shrugged it off.

"can you stop?" sapnap muttered.

raelynn furrowed her brows as she turned around to face sapnap.

he was glaring at quackity.

"what is it this time?" raelynn asked, feeling like a mother.

"he keeps kicking sand at me!" he whined.

"quackity, stop being an annoying shit." she sighed, turning back around.

"okay, sorry... mom..." he snorted.

dream wheezed. "did you just-"

"if she's gonna act like my mom then I'm gonna start treating her like my mom." he shrugged.

"does that mean you're gonna respect me and listen to what I say?"

"no no no, nevermind I changed my mind!"

"you- okay." she said, shaking her head.

raelynn sighed and fell onto her back, shielding her eyes with her arm.

"you okay rae?" dream asked.

she yawned "mhm, just tired."

"ok, okay."

rae ended up falling asleep at the beach.

she woke up in her bed back in her apartment. she frowned as she sat up.

she was wearing the dry clothes she had changed into after they had finished in the water at the beach still.

how did she end up in her bed?

did dream or sapnap bring her in? she doubted anyone else would be able to carry her inside.

how did they get in?

did taylor let them in?

probably.

raelynn sat up and checked her phone.
