You Are My Sunshine - Luca x Alberto (Pixar's Luca)

•~{Chapter Nine}~•

            My mom looked at me with wide eyes, which frightened me. She came closer to me and I was now just plain scared... Until she hugged me tight.

            "Mom, I-" I started. She hugged me tighter, "Luca..." She started. My eyes teared up, then I hugged her back. I finally broke down into loud, but muffled, crying.

            "Hey, hey, don't cry!" My mom tried to comfort me. I looked up at her with puffy cheeks and loud sobbing. Alberto swam up behind me and hugged me from behind, then pecked me on the cheek, which cheered me up a little. My mom let out a little "aw" and hugged us both. 

            "Im so happy for you two." My mother said, cupping her mouth with happiness. "Lorenzo, get over here!" My mom called. My dad stopped looking at his crabs and swam over to the teared up group of sea-monsters. 

             "What is this, a cry fest?" My dad asked. "No, you goof. Luca has a boyfriend!" My mom said, playfully hitting my dad. My dad's eyes went wide as saucers, then he looked at Alberto. Alberto gave a nervous smile, then waved awkwardly. 

            "Oh my god, c'mere you two." My dad yeld his arms open for a hug. Alberto and I looked at eachother, then back at my dad and smiled. We crashed into him and hugged my dad for a moment. We got up and Alberto and I swam into my room. "'Ey! Leave the door open!" My mom joked. My face felt hot, why did she have to make a weird joke like that?

            I rolled my eyes and smiled, then closed my door leaving a small crack. "Hey, I said leave it open!" My mom yelled, "It is open, see the crack?!" I yelled back. Alberto and I started laughing, then I cuddled into him, "This is nice..." I said. 

            "What is?" Alberto asked, "Us, together." I replied. "I always thought I was gonna be that one kid who never got with someone. Bruno always got to me..." I continued. Alberto looked at me, then I looked down with a somewhat sad look.

            "Hey, I used to think that too... But look at me now, I have gorgeous boyfriend." Alberto said with no hesitation. My face felt got again, gorgeous?

            I looked at Alberto, then I cupped his face and kissed him deeply. Alberto got into it and we were full-on making out. We stopped to breathe and I cuddled back into him. Alberto chuckled, "You're a good kisser..." Alberto said, booping my nose. I smiled and wrapped my arms around him. "You're even better." I replied.

            Even though we had only known eachother for a week and had been together for two days, I loved him a lot. Like, a lot a lot. I want to tell him that, but I dont really know how he'll react. I decided to say it anyways, "Alberto?" I asked. 

            "Yeah? Whatsup, Luca?" He responded. "You do know that I-" I started.

            "That you what?" Alberto asked, confused. This was a lot harder than I though...

            "I... Love you. A lot. Like, a lot a lot." I finally said. Alberto smiled, then he kissed my cheek. 

"I know, Luca... I love you a lot a lot too."
