The girl I murdered
Mutilated and devoured
Her ghost is talking
She says she misses you
And your teeth on her neck
She says she yearns to feel your claws on her skin
Her heart aches to remember the pain within
Because to remember
Is to remember the sin
But she fails to recall
For with death she forgot a piece
A fragment of time when you ate her to the point of nonexistence
A place where you abandoned her trembling flesh
With death she failed to recall
The cracks in her voice when your name came out her call
The hunger in her stomach and heart
When you left it void butterflies
All she can think about is the ceiling
Twilight approaching ahead
All she can think about is your mouth on her mouth
A man reviving the dead
I hope the girl I killed knows
I stand where she wished to stand today
Your neck on my skin
Trying to make you pay.
