Context:
I was Taiwan, and there where only Mongolia, USA, UK,France, Turkey, Greece, and Syria,Russia, Japan,Serbia and Canada
(There where only us. The other countrys are npcs)
Mongolia and Japan are my allies. :)
Mongolia is won a war with Russia-
So, I wanted to make Hong Kong my ally :>
Because, yes. So I tried sending a military alliance to them, they declined. I kept trying and they keep declining... so I did what a great leader did...

I was winning :D There was no china player, so I am safe, but... the moment I said "I am so glad there isnt a China player here."
Couple minutes later, China came buy.
He got PLANS- The photo on the top was the chat I had after I screamed: "THERE IS A CHINA?!!!!!!!!!"
Pfft-
I lost... in couple minutes... sad. IT SEEMS LIKE THE CHINESE ARMY MULTIPLYS INFRONT OF OUR EYES- I ONLY SAW ONE ARMY... BUT THEN IT DUPLICATED INTO 20-Mongolia told me I should switch to Japan because my population was 0. I switched to Japan...
