It was that time of the day folks!
(Y/N) grabbed her phone and dialed her favorite restaurant. The addiction to buying food just suddenly came out of nowhere, but it made you happy
Especially when you meet that guy. That one God damn hot- I mean, that new delivery man.
You've met him last 3 weeks ago, and damn you already had fallen for that man
And who is he you may ask? Well, Uhm... Uh...
'What was it again?'
(Y/N) tends to forget his name sometimes due to her nervousness and flustered nature around him.
As she heard the ringing of the doorbell, you immediately ran to the door
Oh how you missed this man, I mean, you see him like 4-5 times a week but still.
"Hey! Uh.... What was your name again..?" (Y/N) asked with an embarrassed face
He let out a bright chuckle and patted your head "I'm William Ellis! Remember?"
And it finally clicked, you knew his name started with a 'W'
"Ohh! William! Sorry for my forgetfulness" you smiled and awkwardly took the paper bag in his hands "Well, uh, William it was nice meeting you again! See you tomorrow!"
She grabbed the doorknob and went inside, yet a voice stopped her
She turned around to see William holding the door
So that it won't shut up on him "oh! What is it, William?"
He opened his mouth yet no words came out, there is a lot of stuff he needs to say but he just can't
Something is stopping him as if there's a reappearing and disappearing border on you two.
"William are you alright?" You asked as he stood still, like he just saw a ghost
The delivery man blinked a few times before straightening up his posture "I'm sorry (Y/N)! I just uh... Nevermind! Anyways have a great day!"
He ran back to the motorcycle and drove off.
'Well, that was weird.'
But for your friends, it isn't.
Your friends are disappointed in you since you cannot even do a single hint nor move on the hot Mcdonalds delivery man
They were tired of your excuses such as 'It isn't the right time!' 'Not now!' 'He might not like me back!'
And of course, their responses would be the one they would usually say.
"Just try it (Y/N)!"
If it was that easy then you could.
You set the bag of food down and started to eat. Tomorrow, you and your friends are going to have a little hangout in your house as a celebration for Helena getting accepted to her dream university
(Y/N) smiled at that thought.
The time skipped to the next day and you were excited to meet your best friends!
