The next morning, I wake up with Carlos still sound asleep on my chest. Carlos lets out a cute yawn and opens his eyes.
"Good morning," He says and moves his head to rest on my heart
"Don't get too comfy, we have to go to the police station so Mark can get your statement about what happened yesterday," I tell Carlos
"But I'm comfy," Carlos whines
I rub his back and slide out from underneath him. I walk over to my closet and pull out my yellow hoodie and a pair of jeans. Tossing them at Carlos, I get myself dressed before going to make a quick breakfast.

I look at the yellow hoodie and jeans in front of me before putting them on. The hoodie pretty much swallows me whole, but the jeans fit perfectly. I walk into the small kitchen to find TK making breakfast.
"You called me daddy last night," TK tells me
"Oh, I'm sorry," I respond quietly
"It's okay Carlos, I thought it was very cute," TK smiles
I blush and look down. We eat breakfast and soon enough it's time to head to the police station. When we get to the police station I shyly grab TK's hand, he squeezes my hand and Mark walks up to us.
"Alrighty, let's get this over with," Mark says
He leads us to his desk and pulls something up on his computer.
"Okay, can you tell me what happened yesterday?" Mark asks
"Well, I was in little space and Quinn got mad, just like every other time I'm in little space and started beating me, but da neighbors called tu guys," I reply as I slip into little space
TK must notice because he picks me up out of my chairs and places me on his lap.
"Okay, that's helpful, do you're parents know you're in an abusive relationship?" Mark asks
"Well, kinda, dey weft me wit da bad man a few ears ago, de taid I was too much twouble, but de were also hurting me," I respond
"Okay, that's all we need, for now, Quinn isn't getting out of jail anytime soon so I suggest that Carlos stays with you since you know what you're doing," I hear Mark tell TK
"Call my dad if you need anything else from us," TK responds
"We'll do," Mark says
I start to feel myself drift off as we leave the station.
