Riley POV

I woke up and looked around the room "lizzie?" I whispered, I pulled on my clothes then dean smashed through the door "hello love birds" he sang before seeing no lizzie, he sat next to me and looked around "aw shit" he growled grabbing his hair, I grabbed a picture that was smashed from the bin and seen a young lizzie with a boy, dean stood up and knocked over her cupboards

A picture flew out and slid across the floor, I picked it up and seen lizzie and I dancing, she looked so beautiful, I fell forward and grabbed my head as a headache sliced through me, dean grabbed me but images like a projector ran through my mind And my head felt like it was going to explode "lizzie" I groaned

When I first seen her at the groomers, the club, the first time having sex, the drug overdose, the arguments, more sex, holding hands, her laugh, everything was back

Dean helped me up and I looked at him "we need to stop her" I said, he cheered and we ran, my leg and ribs where killing me so I slowed down but dean had disappeared "lizzie!" He shouted as the train began to move

"Riley is back!" He roared "fuck sake you stupid bitch" he shouted smacking his legs and falling to his knees, I grabbed him and watched as the train disappeared, I fell to my knees and covered my face "shit I've ruined it" I said, Dean tapped my arm and looked at me "I tried man" he said, I nodded and stood up, he stood up too and we walked away.

2 months later

"Well done boys" the chief smiled, we smiled at him and he shook our hands "thanks chief" I said "riley ever since your recovering and memory regain you have been at the top of your game" the chief smiled "yes sir" I said "and Dean you have surprised me with how well you can work along side riley, you have grown my son and finally you can cope with situations you never could before" he praised, I looked at Dean and tapped his shoulder with a smile, "the next reward goes to two women for their bravery, Sandy and Lizzie" the chief announced, I frowned and seen sandy walk on stage, the chief hugged her and put the medal around her neck then handed her a framed award, she smiled then Dean grabbed her and kissed her making the other officers cheer and whistle "lizzie?!" The chief called, but she wasn't here, I frowned and Dean frowned "here" I heard, I looked up and seen lizzie, a crop top and tracks on, sweat dripping from her stomach and chest, she quickly walked onto stage and hugged the chief "thank you" she smiled, she never looked at me, why wasn't she looking at me, this was the first time in two months I had seen her and she was ignoring us, sandy jumped into her arms and lizzie laughed with the greeting "thank you to all the officers for their services and to these two ladies for saving two of our officers" the chief smiled,everyone clapped and Lizzie walked out of the building, i clenched my jaw before running after her

I grabbed her arm and pulled her towards me "Lizzie why the hell are you here?!" I shouted, she smacked me and looked into my eyes anger burning in her eyes "I'm sorry riley but you aren't the man I fell In love with" she said walking away, I watched her walk until benson ran down the street, he jumped on her and licked her face, she laughed as he began to bark and whine, he was happy, happy to see her, I ran over and pulled him off her "lizzie please I need to talk to you" I snapped "no riley don't I need to leave I only came her because my parents found out I was getting an award for saving you and Dean" she said pushing me away from her, I wrapped my arms around her and kissed her, she fought against it before kissing me back

I pulled away, just to get smacked again "you can't kiss me like that to make me stay" she cried, I released her and she ran towards the train station "I love you lizzie!" I roared, she stopped then continued running.
