Tanjiro's POV

Ugh, my head hurts and my body is sore...

I opened my eyes to see an unfamiliar ceiling which made me jolt up from my sleeping place

'W-Where am I?' I thought, looking at my surroundings as I tried to remember the events from our last battle

Then my head was like getting hit by a hammer multiple times which made me hold it but then I felt a bandage around my head

I just remembered myself getting hit in the head pretty hard and that's it. Why can't I remember anything?

The room was big and I can see a few more futons in the corner that had everyone's scent

Wait, what?

"... Yeah, I saw them cuddling each other outside and they look so cute!" I heard a familiar voice Mitsuri-san and Shinobu-san's scent caught my nose

"Really?! I wish I saw them!" Said Shinobu-san as she opened the door and laid eyes on me

"Tanjiro! Are you feeling better now?" She asked me as she walked closer to me and checked my temperature with the back of her hand

"Yes, I feel alright..." I said offering her a smile as she smiled

I took a look around the place more and everyone else explained to the three of us on how they built this place and how they all ran away from Y/n's school and her foster parents and how we also ended up here

"How did you all manage to make the half of a 3 story house in just 1 day?!" Asked Zenitsu in shock

"We all did it together with Constant Total, so it will be finished today." Said Sanemi-san with a smile

"Yeah." Said Muichiro-san with a smile also

However, there was a scent that didn't linger in here

Y/n's...

"Hey, where's Y/n?" I asked put of confusion

"She's training-" Giyuu-san got cut off with a scream

We all knew that it was Y/n's

We all ran downstairs and at the door stood Y/n in her warmest jacket and she also had sunburns

"G-Guys... It hurts..." She weakly said as she ran into a dark corner of the room

We all ran to where she was but when I was about to check her burns

Her scent was different...

I immediately pulled my hand back which left everyone confused

"What's wrong, Tanji-" Zenitsu was shocked too that he didn't get to finish his sentence

"Hah? What's wrong with you two?!" Asked Inosuke with a loud booming voice

"D-Don't come... n-near me..." Said Y/n as we saw her nails. They were sharp

And her teeth are replaced with... Fangs

"Y/n, what's wrong?" Asked Rengoku-san with a worried expression so I decided to answer him

"She's-"

"A demon..." Urokudaki-san finished for me as he appeared at the door

"A demon?" Sanemi-san echoed with...

Sadness?

"Sadly yes. But when I drew blood for her, she refused." Said Urokudaki-san as he showed us his now bandaged arm
