Guys I wrote this book around the age of 13. I am now 21, Married, I have two babies. I now realize how funny this book can be. I will be keeping the original book up, but I will be starting up the rewritten version of this book inside the original...
I look around my apartment with a huge smile. This is where we have decided to hold the baby shower. Originally it was going to be at my moms, but his mom alluded to getting us a big present that will be a pain to transport from my moms to our house so we decided to just do it at our new place. It's two days to the baby shower and I'm so happy about how the babies room has turned out. We painted it a gorgeous light gray color with white to gold drapes. On the wall we have three pictures all next to each other. One is a white background with a gray crescent moon and small gold and silver stars, the next one is also a white background with small gold and gray stars but in cursive it says "we love you to the moon & back" and has a small gold crescent moon next to the "we" and the last is a white background with a very light gray cloud and silver and gold stars falling out the cloud looking like rain. They all have thin gold picture frames looking gorgeous against the light gray room.

By the window which is at the end of the room we have two tall dressers underneath. The window is pretty high up so the tall white dressers fit perfectly. Jace took his time to mount the dressers into the wall so they won't be a problem once our babies are old enough to start climbing. On the left side of the dressers is a pretty big closet that we have already stored five boxes of diapers and wipes in. We added a few clothes in there as well, but didn't want to go overboard till we saw everything we get from the baby shower. On the left side of the closet I have two gray cushioned rocking chairs with two white and gold decorated pillows on them. It'll be perfect if they get fussy at night so we both can rock one. I heard twins tend to bounce of each other and I just want to be prepared for that possibility.
We also got the kids a white projector night light that has melodies, white noise and also mimics the sound of moms heart beat so it'll relax them at night while also allowing us to be able to see when we come in at night. It runs on batteries so I don't have to worry about how it'll work once they are off enough to mess with plugs. Lord know I'm going to have the outlets covered for the longest of time!
The room has enough room for us to add two cribs and a changing bed in there so we are happy about that. We really did luck out and get a town house with huge rooms. I think part of the reason is because Jaces dad has so many connections. We are getting a $2,000 a month apartment for only $1,000 a month and it includes water and maintenance. What we are left paying for is electric, gas, internet and of course our phone bill. That's why Jace is working so hard with his dad. He's trying to save money while also paying six months worth of rent upfront. He's making about 8,000 after taxes a month right now, but soon that will be cut down to half that do to school. He starts college mid January so hopefully by then we are one hundred percent stable.
I slump down onto our charcoal gray couch in the living room while admiring my decorating work. Jace let me decorate the place however I liked and boy does it look great. Our couch is L shaped and holds black, silver and white pillows. I added a circular decorated mirror right about the right side of the couch along with two pretty silver light holders that attach to the wall. Under the crunch I have a white and black rug with a white table on top of it. Directly across from the couch I have a black TV mounted to the wall with a white display that is also mounted to the wall. I have a metal stand next the right side of the couch as well so people can place their drinks down. On both sides of the wall next to the Tv I have two pictures in black and white, one is of me and Jace and the other is the ultrasound of our babies. Close to the living room is our dinning room. There I have a large white table decorated with pink fake roses and charcoal colored chairs around the table. Much like the kids room our living and dinning room is a light gray that match out light gray wooden floors. The house is gorgeous thanks to me and my master designing.

"Ok you can come and see the kitchen now!" Jace screams to me making me pull myself off the couch as I walk towards the kitchen Jace just finished decorating for the baby shower. I squeal with excitement when I see what an amazing job he has don't setting everything up. Our gray walls appear slightly violet because of the violet light he hung above the decorations. Our white drapes look gorgeous with small purple lights lining it. There's blue, beige and pink fake ballon attached to the drapes and the lights. In the middle it says "girl or boy" fading from pink to blue. To the left is a huge thing of blue and pink ballons all tied together looking like a huge ballon tree. Below the ballons is a brown bear that has a blue and pink ribbon and big ABC blocks next to it. In the middle below the 'girl or boy' is a white table that will be used to hold the cake, cake pops and cupcakes. To the right is a a big pink cylinder that has a tiny bear dressed in blue and pink with a blue and pink heart next to it. Behind that is a slightly larger blue cylinder that holds a bouquet of blue and pink fake carnations. On the floor next to it are some more blue and pink ballons. Altogether it looks gorgeous and I'm so happy at his work that I practically jump into his arms and plant a huge kiss right on his lips.

I feel him chuckle as his hands grasp right below my butt and he returns my kiss.
"You did an amazing job baby" I say as I lay my head against his with a happy smile.
"Thank you baby. You did an amazing job decorating the house." He responds with a peck.
"Well if it wasn't for you saving your money for all these years it wouldn't look as good." I respond as he places me back on to my feet.
"You are the one who found all those deals and almost beat that lady to a pulp for trying to steal the couch from right under your nose" he says as he laughs at the memory of me three days ago about ready to murder someone.
"Well she saw me talking to the salesman about the couch and she comes up saying she wants to buy it! They were closing down so that was the only gray couch left and it was only $350. If it wasn't for everything being 80% off I don't think I would of gotten it or the two nice rocking chairs in the kids room. It was crazy in there. It was the first day of the sale and I think everyone saw the 80% off sign. It reminded me of Black Friday and things were going fast. I was about ready to kick her across the room! No way was I loosing out on that deal!" I say getting angry at the memory. The lady had rudely interrupted me talking to the salesman saying she wanted the couch and was willing to pay extra for it. I told her I was talking to the salesman and to wait her turn. She opened her mouth to say something else but Jace told her bargaining on something that wasn't being auctioned was illegal and that his dad was a lawyer and he would have her locked up. I don't know if what he said was true or not, but it was enough to scare her off.
"Hey I think it's hot when you put people in their place." He says to me before giving me a peck on the check that makes me giggle.
