Kilani POV
"Hey I just landed. You hear" I ask Nunu on the phone as I'm stepping off the plane. My bestie supposed to be picking me up from the airport. We're leaving for tour tomorrow and I'm just now getting off my flight.
"Yeah I'm by where the bags and stuff at. Imma get your bags for you so just meet me over here" he says.
"Alright" I say hanging up. I then begin walking to baggage claim which is all the way downstairs. I have my carry ons with me which is just my pink MCM backpack with my cameras, macbook, and other equiptment. Then I have my marc jacobs tote around my neck with all my other small stuff in it.
"Bestieeee" I say walking into Nunu's arms. I notice the cameras are there filming for the show.
"Heyy bestfriend. I missed you" Nunu said as we hugged. Its been like 6 months since I last saw him. We get my bags and we go to the car. There's a camera man in the back seat as we start having a conversation.
"How you have been bestfriend for real" Nunu says checking up on me. It's been some months since my grandpa passed away.
"I've been straight. I'm doing way better. I'm just ready to have some fun you know" I tell him.
"I know that's right we finna turn up. My bestfriend never out the crib for real always working. You finna have some fun on this tour" he says getting hype making me laugh.
"I hope so" I say.
"So you moved back home or what" he asks me. I moved out of Florida and got an apartment in atlanta when I turned 18. I was going back and forth from Florida to there.
"Nah I ain't move back home. I still got my apartment in Atlanta but I'm thinking of looking for another one in Houston after this tour. But imma still keep my other apartment" I tell him.
"Oh fasho. I been telling yo ass to move closer to me. You finally wanna listen" he says making me laugh. We talk for some more until we pull up to Manny's house. We walk in the house and Nunu introduce me to his friends Cam and Jacob. I also get introduced to Manny.
Lani's intro confessional: "Hey y'all it's ya girl Lani and I'm here for influencer city season 2. I was supposed to be on season 1 but I had a family emergency so I couldn't make it. But I'm here now and ready to turn up on this tour" I say smiling showing off my braces.
"So are you familiar with any of the people here" production asks.
Lanis confessional: "I stay to myself a lot so I'm not really close to anyone. The only 2 people I'm close to is Nunu because thats my bestfriend and Angel because thats my blood cousin" I say.
"What about Benet" production asks. I know they're asking this due to our fallout on social media last year.
Lani's confessional: "Um Benet... I haven't talked to her since we fell out but there's not bad blood or beef on my side. I'm just going to stay cordial" I say.
