CHAPTER 27

Thursday afternoon(still the same day)

Mia's pov

"Jason, I have to tell you something..." I start.

"What is it" He asks as he turns to look at me.

"I...hum, Jason I-" I was cut off by my phone ringing in my pocket.

It was Ella calling me.

"You should probably answer it" He says as we turn to come back to school.

Okay, I was really nervous, I wanted to tell him how I felt, but was I ready?
I am happy that Ella saved me.

"Hey Ella" I say sounding a little disappointed.

"Hello, have you bought some food yet? I am starving!"She growls.

"Not yet, but I will, see ya" I say as I hang up.

"Hey Jason."he turns to face me "Wanna go grab McDonald? I told Ella that I was getting her food"

"Yeah sure let's go" He says putting his hand around my shoulder, this small gesture caused butterflies to erupt in my stomach, but I didn't remove his hand, I felt comfortable and safe around him.

~30 minutes later~

I finally came back to my dorm with two bags of McDonald in my hands.

"Give me the food!!!"Ella says running towards me.

"It's nice to see you too Ella" I say sarcastically.

"You know I love you!"She tells me.

"Only cause I buy you food?" I ask dramatically hurt.

"No...maybe" She pauses "I am joking, you know that I love you Mia."

"I love you too, now let's eat" I say jumping on her bed.

~Few hours later~

It's currently 1 am and I can't sleep, I still cannot believe that I was about to confess my feelings for Jason.

I wonder what would have happened if I had confessed to him.

I need to go for a walk, definitely not outside the school, just in the hallways.

On my way to the school's garden, I felt someone grabbing me by my waist and turning me to face them.

Am I gonna die?

"Jason!!!" I pause "Are you serious right now??" I say crossing my hands.

"What!! I didn't do anything wrong! You were the one who got scared" He says.

"Don't do this again, anyways, what are you doing here?"I ask.

"I couldn't sleep, and I guess you couldn't either" He says pointing at me.

"Yeah genius" I say sarcastically.

Jason and I walked together to the garden, and we sat down bench, with a very uncomfortable silence invading the room.

"Jason, I really need to tell you something" I need to tell him how I feel, it's maybe not too late.

"Since Jeremiah and I broke up, I couldn't stop thinking about you, I really feel like I like you, but I don't know if you like me back and if you don't-"He cuts me off and kisses me, a deep and passionate kiss.

"After all this time of trying to have you for myself I finally got you, princess" He says.

"I love it when you call me princess" I tell him.

"Okay then princess" He says again.

You know if at the beginning of the year someone told me that I was going to end up with Jason Miller I would have laughed at your face.

But here I am with him, and I am not going to lie I have never thought that one day it was going to be Him and I.

"You and I" I mumble under my breath.

"What did you say?"He asks curious.

"Nothing" I answer quickly.

~Few years later~

We all finished high school, and we are in our second year of college.

Jason and I have been together for almost 3 years now if I counted right, and I couldn't be more happy, all of the squad is here, Jason, me, Ella, Mike and Jake.

And I even forgot to tell you that Jake and Ella have been together now for almost a year now, but I feel bad for Mike he doesn't have a girlfriend, for now.

We ended up forgiving Jeremiah, but he went somewhere else than all of us.

And honestly I am still mad at him, I cannot forget that he called my bestie a slut.

But we have to forgive everyone.

I am happier than ever I have the boy that I love with me and my best friend I can't ask for me.
