Hi, I'm Samantha C Ross, blogger and published author of novels 'The Emmerson Witches' & 'Diary of a Lap Dancer'. 

Both were traditionally published, yet when I wrote my new novel, 'Mixed Spirits' I was told by literary agents and publishers in my country that there was no demand for Australian horror. Bull. Shit. 

As a girl, my grandmother supported herself by working in a bar, and on the side, cleansed houses of bad energy. My story is loosely based on a modernized version of her life, and how terrifyingly easy we can attract evil and demonic presences into our own everyday life. I'm also an eternal fan of The Twilight Saga. And like, may fans, I never wanted forever to end for Edward & Bella. So I decided it didn't have to. And it doesn't for you either...in my fan-fiction offering, the story of the Cullens begins again...
