Now that Wattpad is removing private message features, turns out I should have taken Austin Kleon's advice about creating a happiness/encouragement folder more seriously.

@chaashnee wattpad was supercool before, like 2012 when i joined. Then coins and paid and stuff kinda ruined it for me. 
          	  Also same cliche cringe stories with same plots, and aaj kal toh people aren’t even creative with names. But good thing that more and more Desi authors are bringing stories that we can connect.

@crazywriter1116 I have two theories that might have impacted this--one being other companies poaching off writers and books from this platform by communicating via DMs. And second one is that they assumed they could do away with this feature to reduce database load. 
          	  
          	  Either ways, I feel that Wattpad was an app with REALLY cool features that set it apart from its competitors (like forums and activity boards and now DMs) and has for some reason been targeting the very features that set it apart.

Well, judging by the glacial pace of updates on Karan's book, we might as well settle in for a two-decade wait. Who knows, maybe by then the world will still be intact, and we won't be knee-deep in yet another pandemic. Cheers to optimism, right?

I almost got kicked out of my house and I also lost my voice this weekend. 
          
          Uhm, right, let me rewind, I almost forgot about the power of narrative. What I meant to say is... I got inked and also screamed my lungs out at the Era's tour movie. 
          
          Kid you not, the show was magical. Everyone was dressed to the nines and chanting and holding hands and dancing and singing and crying at the theatre. Did you go/plant to watch the Era's Tour movie? Tell me about your experience!

Recently I realized that our very own chashnee (no flirts just the name sounded too cool lol) has started doing job which means DJH has completed 6 years!??!??!?!?!?!??!?!?! Like how!????
          Time flew itna quick.? Still processing 
          But did this decrease our love for the book and the author.? Well if anything the love  for book just increases each time I decide lets binge read it again (binge reading DJH>>> binge watching netlfix ) The book just keeps  helping  me  to sail my boat on days where I might just collapse
