          You know, life is tough. There are times when a vote or a comment on someone's story is literally the ONE good thing that will happen to them all day. So please think about that when you read. It doesn't cost anything to be nice if you liked something.

Thanks to stupid Wattpad, we can no longer message people to thank them for votes. So, I would like to thank @Noorahjr98 for the votes on Split Black, and anyone who's read my three Star Wars Palpatine stories, thank you also.

I don't get that many PM's but I know a lot of people rely on them. Now we're going to get spammed by so many announcements we don't care about, don't need, and don't want, it's going to be the HUGEST pain.

          What Lies Beneath is finally completed. I want to do more Palpatine stories but they're going to require significant planning, so probably won't happen anytime soon.

Please don't hate me, but I know next to nothing about Star Wars. Just as you did with my fanfiction, I will be reading it cold. I probably will not get to it until the end of the week, but we have until March 21st, so it's all good.

Midnight in the Garden has spawned a second prequel story. The first one is Masters of the Game ... Palpatine survives his last major political blunder, wins his first Senatorial election, and secures his place in the Republic Senate. 
          
          Now comes What Lies Beneath: Palpatine uses the issue of slavery in the Republic to make overtures to Senators like Mon Mothma and Bail Organa, position himself as an ally, and enact damaging legislation that will force the Jedi under the Chancellor's legal authority. 
          
          Of course, this is right where he will want them in years to come.

So, as I have revised Midnight after writing it twenty years ago, new scenes came to mind which I couldn't decide whether to put in the actual story or not. One or two made it ... although, I can't decide whether they are cluttering things up and should be removed.
          
          One or two did not make it. I am posting them at the end now as DELETED SCENES.
