How did I lose it when I was right there?
Now I'm so far that it feels like it's all gone to pieces.
Tell me why the world never fights fair?

Reality isn't pretty in the slightest way but that doesn't mean it can never be. Treat others the way you want to be treated we're told at a very young age. Put yourself in another's shoes but if we did that no one would ever have a happy life. No one is perfect. We all make mistakes but that doesn't define us. That doesn't change who we are. Stop complaining. Stop crying. Stop taking everything for granted because others have it worse. Should I stop the bright smile that comes across my face because others have it better? No, the world isn't fair or kind. You'll have to face the large, the small, the good, and the bad. You may face death. "Fight! No stop! Keep going! Stand up straight! Dress better! Eat more! Eat less! Slim down! You're too fat! You're worthless! Why can't you be more like him! Why can't you be more like her!"

Stop.

Take a deep breath. You are the only one who can save yourself. It doesn't matter how much you say sorry. How much you cry. How much you laugh it off. No matter how much you tell yourself there's still tomorrow, it will never get better unless you tell yourself you are enough. 
You're perfect in every way. You need self-love to survive in this world. No one is going to tell you how to love yourself. Sometimes you may find yourself alone but you're never truly alone. You can walk into a battle with nothing but a smile but that can only get you so far without self-love you'll never make it further. Love yourself in every way. If you need to pull away to remind your self-worth, don't let anyone stop you from doing that.
