these things have actually happened so if people think I'm doing this for "attention" or cause "its quirky" I'm not it hurts and i do this so i can feel at least something this will have mention of: mental breakdowns panic attacks suicide attempts cutting intrusive thoughts betreyal other things dark humour(coping method) so if you don't want to know about this or me don't read it, its that simple i don't care if this books gets seen at all or gets likes all this is here for is for me to vent as much as i want and to share my past and experiences
