(This is a collection of stories, some may be a sequel to some but they can all be read as individuals!) - Loki wasn't always alone, he had someone to talk to, someone who appreciated his efforts and stared at him in awe when he performed his magic. -Our captain was never the 'perfect soldier' but he is a good man. Maybe even the greatest man we may know.

Steve and Loki are happily married and everything is great until Steve gets hurt. Now he doesn't remember anything right after the events of The Avengers. Drama ensues. I suck at writing descriptions. Mkay so first fic, wip. Anyways this isn't my otp or anything and I'm not that great writing in character with avengers yet but I figured I'd try. Criticism is welcomed! :)

What if Loki didn't fake his death on Svartalfheim and returned with Thor to Asgard instead? what if he was offered a shot at redemption? What if the Avengers agreed and forced him to get a job? An AU in which the Avengers attempt to rehabilitate Loki and teach him more about humanity and humility through the form of a customer service job. And where better than a busy coffee shop, where everyone is always in a rush and no one cares if you're having a bad day. in an unexpected turn of events he finds himself enjoying the mundane life...or could it be a certain tall blonde Avenger he finds himself taking such a liking too?

(Takes place after Avengers, Thor: The Dark World and Captain America: The Winter Soldier. DO NOT READ if you have not seen the movies, especially TTDW & CATWS. Spoilers!) After taking down the Helicarriers and being saved from the river, Steve is upset that Bucky doesn't fully recognise him. Alone and distraught, Steve goes to Thor for guidance. After taking advice from Thor, he unknowingly bumps into Loki, who is alive and well. Steve, not knowing that Loki was presumed dead, ends up having a fight with him in one of New York City's alleys. After tending to his own wounds, Steve goes to Loki to apologise for what happened. What's new to them are the feelings that get triggered over one 'sorry'.
