Predicting Stories

Have you ever come to a pause while writing, trying to figure out how your character would react to a situation? Humans beings are complicated creatures. They're completely unpredictable. Around some people we can act one way, and around others we can be an entirely different person. Often times, we don't even know ourselves well enough to predict our own reactions. Your character must also have this quality if you want them to be truly realistic. But this creates a quandary. How exactly would you achieve such dichotomous character reactions? How can you predict the unpredictable? Read on.

Avery is just a schoolgirl with a crush. Or so it seems, until her dreams become her future reality. As things get more and more out of hand, she finds herself questioning everything. Her future is in her dreams, but reality waits for her when she wakes. What happens when she starts not liking what she dreams? What do you do when your dreams start predicting your future right in front of you?

But will she be able to stay her her proper, sensible self, when Cole is attacked and almost killed? All three need to catch the killer, for purposes more than just profession. Everybody has something at risk, somebody's life at risk. But what to do when the only lead is a mental patient who can't even talk? The roller coaster takes a turn in a complete new direction, and takes Caroline, Marcus and Kaitlyn along, to discover things they could've never perceived.

Did/Do you receive any notes which predicted your upcoming events or your future? Maybe yes or no. Many people think it is just an astrologer or a prophet leaving notes because they do not have any other job. But in this story, a girl finds notes on the carpet of hers just outside her door. No prophet no astrologer. Just random papers appearing every day. Is it true?

I'd dreamt about the place before, but I never thought that it was actually real. Why would I? It was just some strange building in a nightmare. I can tell you, I never want to return to that place again. I don't remember all of it, but I remember enough. And somewhere, in the back of my mind, I put all of the pieces together, and figured everything out, yet I did nothing to stop it. I didn't believe it. I didn't want to believe it. But I let this happen. This is on me. This is all my fault.
