A poem dedicated to my dear friend~ You know who you are~ I am using words from early modern english with a mix of french and a mix of modern english. I simply adore William Shakespeare creativity that he poured into his works. Maybe few of the words i use in this poem is incorrect but i deeply apologize for this. I have no intention of condemning early modern english or french. Picture is not mine but the design and edits belong to me. - The lost seas Ongoing

Other than poetry, there might be a few other qualities to this book like quotes, short stories, my own poems, etc. Most likely, the majority of this book will be my own works of poetry, but I will also include other's poetry as well, like William Shakespeare, Elizabeth Kubler -Ross, and plenty more. There will be a vast collection of different types of emotions and deep feelings. Please don't write rude comments or hateful words towards my work (and others). If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. Also, there are many different versions of quotes, stories, etc. on the internet. So don't judge, hate, just move on. - Poetry, Quotes, and Ramblings Ongoing

*Introduction to Shakespeare's Sonnets* The Sonnets are Shakespeare's most popular works, and a few of them, such as Sonnet 18 (Shall I compare thee to a summer's day), Sonnet 116 (Let me not to the marriage of true minds), and Sonnet 73 (That time of year thou mayst in me behold), have become the most widely-read poems in all of English literature. *Composition Date of the Sonnets* Shakespeare wrote 154 sonnets, likely composed over an extended period from 1592 to 1598, the year in which Francis Meres referred to Shakespeare's "sugred sonnets": The witty soul of Ovid lives in mellifluous & honey-tongued Shakespeare, witness his Venus and Adonis, his Lucrece, his sugared sonnets among his private friends, &c. (Palladis Tamia: Wit's Treasury) In 1609 Thomas Thorpe published Shakespeare's sonnets, no doubt without the author's permission, in quarto format, along with Shakespeare's long poem, The Passionate Pilgrim. The sonnets were dedicated to a W. H., whose identity remains a mystery, although William Herbert, the Earl of Pembroke, is frequently suggested because Shakespeare's First Folio (1623) was also dedicated to him.
