Names

Names are an important part of human culture, it learned. They give a sense of identity and belonging to those who have them. What was it to do with no name of its own? It only had Morgan's name, Morgan's identity, and that was something it hated more than anything else in the universe. (Sequel to "To Be")

To Be

Confusion and mistrust had clouded its mind from the moment it first woke up and learned the truth. It existed in two contrasting spheres and belonged to neither. Living is both a curse and a blessing for something that does not know how to be either.
