Updating this intro because this book is gaining in popularity; first of all, hi hi, welcome :)) I'm so happy you found my book! However, I do need to give you some initial warnings. This book may seem lighthearted at first, but it quickly turns extremely dark and depressing and complicated. There are themes such as r*pe, child abuse, spousal abuse, panic attacks, blood, gore, etc used throughout the book. Yes, these themes are meant to make you feel uncomfortable, however, if you get genuinely triggered by said topics please do not read this book. Only read what you can handle.
Also (without revealing too much plot) this book isn't necessarily a slow burn. It's just, as I described it, a "chaotic spicy toxic mess". Even though it is not a slow burn (my favorite trope) I still ship my OC and Draco with all of my heart and their chemistry is so beautiful and I could go on for days about how much I ship her with Draco more than I ship Draco with myself (that says a lot). I'll let you start now that you've listened to my annoying rambling and disclaimers.
