"Oh Coco we should go. I have to be home in 40 mins"
" Why?" Coco said

Gavin and Coco finally got to Coco's house.
"Bye Gavin thanks for the ice cream"
"No problem Coco. "
" See you at school tomorrow?" Coco says
" Of course "
Gavin quickly rushed home. Once he had got there, it was already too late...
"Gavin" his mom said mad
" Yes mom?"
"Didn't I tell you to be home at 1:40? It's 2:00 your 20 mins late"
"I know mom. I'm sorry I loss track of time"
"Track of time? Are you serious?"
"Yes very"
"Don't let it happen again ok Gavin?"
At that moment Gavin's dad walked in the house
"DAD?" Gavin says
"Gavin!!! My boy"
Gavin hugged him so tight he wasn't sure if he was breathing
"ok Gavin calm down. Dang you've gotten real strong while I was gone"
"And I'd prefer for it to stay that way" Gavin's mom said all mean
"Huh? Mom what are you talking about?"
"Just go to your room Gavin"
"But mo-"
"NOW!"
Gavin stopped... He was shocked. His mom had never yelled at him that way before. He quickly walked to his room. He wasn't sure if he should be mad sad. He could hear his mom and dad yelling at each other, even them cursing.
" YOU ALL WAYS HAVE TO DO THIS THERESA?"
" OH NO YOUR NOT GONNA BLAME WHY OUR MARRIAGE FAILED ON ME"
Gavin heard what his mom said and quickly froze.... "Wh-What?" His mom heard Gavin and quickly ran upstairs.
"Hey gav-"
"You guys are divorced?" Gavin said shocked
" Gavin it's no-"
"Y-YOU LIED TO ME MY WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE???"
"No Gavin. We got divorced when you were 5. I did want to tell you cause you were to young"
"OH SO THATS YOUR EXCUSE"
"Gavin watch your tone"
" NO MOM I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS, I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU"
Gavin's mom left... She looked sad, but Gavin could care less
