'Why not using magic?' asks Tom looking at me
'Because of Alohomora genius '
Finally I tapped on the right brick and it sank in the wall
'There you go!' I state as the door starts to open
'Wait' I stop Tom from entering the room with my hand
'In absentia lucis, Tenebrae vincunt' I state clearly
A clicking sound echoed in the room
'Okay now you can enter without risking to lose your head'
'In the absence of light, darkness prevails' translates Tom
'Uh? Oh my father's password, yeah he loves that quote somehow' I answer
My father's office looked normal at first,but I always knew that there was something odd in this room.
My parents never wanted me to come here, but being the stubborn ass that I am, of course I had to stalk my father one night to discover the password
'We should look for something that looks suspicious ,but also not so that it's not obvio-'
'Found it' says Tom
The motherfcking wall rearranged it's brick creating a dark entrance
'W-what, how?' I ask shocked
'See that small framed picture of you on the corner of that shelf' he says pointing at a picture of me when I was 7
' I wanted to take a closer look but when I tried to get it the wall started to create that, but I still want to see it though'
I chuckle, this man is a big ass baby
'Don't worry I have dozens of photo albums, I'll show you later'
'Sounds fair, now let's see what we got here' taking my arm, he entered the whole in the wall
'It's too dark' I state
'Lumos' mutters Tom and a faint light appeared on the tip of his want
'You shouldn't do that, you're not 18 yet' I chuckle
'I do want I want to do, not what I should' he states moving around, basically pulling me from my hand
'Hot'
'What?'
'I said look there's something'
There was Indeed something
'It's a mirror' he says pointing the want at the object to illuminate it
'Like, the mirror of Erised at Hogwarts?' I ask taking a closer look
'I don't think, this one is different'
The mirror had some engravings, I'm looking at it's details while Tom was right in front of it
'It shows you your future' he says looking at the reflection
I look at him, his expression I couldn't read.
'You're okay?' I ask concerned walking beside him and looking up at him
He gently put his hands on my shoulders and moved me so that I could face the mirror
'Look'
The reflection changed,
I still could se myself, but not Tom
'I-I can't see you' I admit looking back at him, I felt something heavy on my chest
I look back at the mirror and still can't see him
'A-are you a VAMPIRE??'
'No dumbass, it means that.. I'm not in your future' he face palmed then looked directly at me
'WHAT! That's even worse I-I cant accept it' without even noticing I was hugging him ,it was painful thinking about not having him in my future and how would that happen?
He was startled at the beginning but then hugged me back
'Don't worry, we still can change it' he says doing circles on my back to reassure me
I look up at him as he explained
'Every single decision we do today, creates our future'
Now I get it
'How are we supposed to know which decisions to make?'
'I still don't know, but I'll find out'

Narrator's pov
Tom knew
he had an idea, thanks to what he saw in the reflection.
He couldn't tell y/n, knowing her, she would panic.
What he saw in the mirror answered his doubts, but still it wasn't a good thing.
Tom didn't want to accept it, but it is what it is.
'Let's go outside' says y/n standing up from the bed
'Where?it's 1 am, and we can't even go that far'
'Just in the garden'
'Fine'
Y/n placed a picnic blanket over the grass where the two of them laid on their back, facing the sky.
'I used to do this a lot as a kid' states y/n smiling at the thought of when she was still a carefree little girl
'Laying beside boys at night?' Chuckle Tom tilting his head towards her
'Not that!' Laughs y/n still looking at the stars
'Stargazing it's just so detoxicating from everything' she states admiring the beautiful starred night
Tom couldn't stop looking at the beautiful girl beside him, she felt his gaze so she looked at him too
'Looking at you is detoxicating'
Y/n chuckled and covered her face, she was blushing
'Oh no don't cover my beautiful view' says Tom taking her hand away from her face
They looked at each other, but this look was different from the others they shared.
It was full of emotions that couldn't be explained in words.
Tom leaned closer, looked at her lips then her eyes again.
It gave butterflies all over y/n stomach.
she couldn't stand the distance anymore so she smashed her lips against his.
Both their lips went from cold to warm as they moved slowly, lovingly.
Both their hands on each others jaw as they deepened the kiss.
When they finally let go, both of them stared at the sky with a wide smile on their faces
'Y/n'
'Yes?'
'I love you'
'I love you too'
