I've been thinking more about this writing metaphor.
Every day is a blank slate where I can feel new things. Something like this. It's honestly a good idea. I don't give myself enough credit for all that I've done.
I'm self sufficient. I have a home. I have a job. I have good friends. I have good food. I have great dance skills. I'm lucky. And I really feel that way today.
To reflect is the best way to feel better. At least for me, anyways.
