my body wrapped around my lovers, legs holding onto his torso as my arms squeezed around his neck. feeling him in my arms, hearing his voice in person, being able to smell him was absolutely refreshing and surreal. hot tears fell from my eyes, unable to hold back my happy sobs. i felt dramatic but after months of not seeing someone i had spent every day with for almost a year, it was completely understandable.
"i love you, i love you so fucking much." troy choked quietly into my ear, i knew he was crying as well which only made me squeeze him tighter.
"i don't ever want to leave you again." i mumbled, relaxing as his fingers ran through my hair. i let my legs fall from his waist, only to bring my lips up to his.
it felt like our first kiss all over again, something i wanted to savor forever.
yet, it was interrupted.
"dom!" i pulled back, my eyes immediately landing on carter who was running out of her car. i barely had time to react before she tackled me to the ground in what seemed to be the tightest hold i had experienced. "holy shit! i missed your dumb face!"
"i missed yours too." i laughed, wrapping myself around her as we were still on the ground. i could hear troy greeting tyler, it was such a great moment, and i finally felt full again.
my friends, no my family, is all i needed.
