What is shifting ?

Shifting is like switching your consioness  from one reality to another. It's similar to lucid dreaming but you can take control of it. You can basically script what you want to happen, how you want things to goo, how you look, your adventures etc. you can shift to different places for example hogwarts ( Harry Potter ) you right how you want things to goo if you are dating anyone, about your relationship etc. it's a very fun, plecent , adventurous experience. For shifting you will need a script ( not obligatory but i recommend it ) and a method ( again not obligatory but I recommend it ) in your script you are going to describe yourself the place you are going to etc. your method I'd going to help you get to your dr easy even doe you don't really need one. I would recommend you to meditate and have a positive energy. Shifting is very simple but you have to get a hold on what it is how it works and all that stuff. Also I would recommend you to practice seeing yourself in first person ( seeing from you eyes ) I mean usually we imagin ourselves and we see ourselves but in this case you have to see everything from you point of view ( your eyes ) . Shifting is a very easy but difficult thing to understand bc it's very like weird, like it's crazy just thinking about it you are basically changing reality's, but the key is to be confident, positive and say affirmation " I will shift to dr " and I would also recommend you to claim it, how ? Writing anywhere " I will shift to your dr " " I will shift tonight ".
