Me and my nigga von been sharing a court date for a while and we been getting closer. But today was our trial and the day we figured out if we got out or not. I hoped we both got out cause if it was just me honestly i would miss him. We was sitting in the court room waiting for the judge.
"all rise for the honorary judge Smith" the prosucuter said as we all stood up
She walked in and sat down setting down a pile of papers as we all sat back down
"Were here on the case of dayvon daquan bennet and Durk Derrick banks vs the state of Chicago" the judge said "would either of you like to say anything before we start"
"he aint do dat Shi" we both said at the same time. I smiled looking over at him
Thats what i meant by we were getting closer. It was like we thought of eachother before ourselves. And if anything i would try to get him out at least
" we aint do dat shi" we both said at the same time aigan
The judge stared at us for a second confused but shook the Thought at away " before i come to my decision would either of you like to take a 30 year plea deal" she asked
" fuck did she just say to me?" Von asked looking over at me " cause i know she not talkin to me vruh"
"Von calm down.. So i think that mabye i should plead guilty and take the plea deal. And you can plead not guilty and you can get out cause they barley got evidence on you, " I whispered
" hell no! Fuck that plea deal" he whisper yelled " me and you both getting out no matta what"
I nodded my head looking down " yeah i guess your right" I said sighing
"Dayvon daquan bennet , durk derrick banks.. How do you plea?" The judge asked
" not guilty" we both said at the same time something we had been doing a lot today
" we will let the jury come to a decision"the judge said banging the gavel aiganst the sound block

" the jury has come to a decision" the juge said catching everyones attention " the state of Chicago finds the defendants.. Not guilty"
I grinned widely as she banged the gavel , my eyes widended as von hugged me but I hugged back almost imeadly. Hugging him was.. Nice
" come with me" the prosucuter said and started walking to the court door. We followed behind him as guards followed behind us. He took us to the personal ideams room where we got our stuff and a out fit to change into sense the ones we came in were way to big.
" ah shit.. Look at my chains" von said excitedly showing off his jewelry
" dat Shi fye" i said pulling at my phone I turned it on and it still had about 30% charge left. So i decided i would call my mom to come pick me up. I watched von smile fall and i could easily tell that he had no one to call
" mayne dont even trip.. You can come wit me " I said smiling up at him
He grinned nodding " thanks durk" he said
I nodded looking down at my phone seeing my mom was here " comon" I said grabbing my stuff as we followed the gaurds out the gates
I hugged my mom before pulling away " oh ya, ma this is von" i said smiling
" nice to meet you mrs banks" von said smiling reaching to shake her hand but getting a hug instead
" wow you are so polite " she said smiling up at him
" you dont know him like i do" I said as we walked to the car . i opended the car door getting in leaving it open for von ro get in the back to. He got in as the car started and we started driving.
" thanks for giving me a ride but i can walk home once we get to your house since I dont live that far" von said laying his head on my shoulder
" no problem and we can just drive you all the way or you can stay at my house" I said looking down at him
He stared up at me not looking away " ill stay over" he mumbled before starting to lean in
I was in shock so I didnt move not like i wanted to move anyway. I felt my face heat up as i felt his lips connect with mine. I imeadly started kissing back. After a few mintues he pulled away laying his head on my lap.
"Mabye jail wasnt the worst thing ever"
