(Y/n) walked around the school yard, looking for his boyfriend. Earlier that day, the brunette told him that practice was cancelled. So where was he? He walked towards the gym, hearing a few feminine giggles from the side wall.
"Ugh. Can people go suck face somewhere else?" (Y/n) thought to himself.
He stopped, however when he heard the familiar voice.
"Awe, princess. You're so adorable when you giggle."
That sentence made the (h/c) male stop in his tracks.
"Honey. You're so cute when you laugh."
He couldn't stop his legs as he walked around the corner. He wasn't surprised at what he saw. Nothing other than his boyfriend kissing a girl.
"Tooru...?"
The words slipped from his mouth as chocolate brown eyes went to meet his own (e/c) ones.
"Tooru? Who's this boy?" The girl asked.
"Princess, I'll be right back, okay? Go wait by my car."
The girl nodded walked away as Oikawa looked at (Y/n).
"(Y/n) listen-" the brunette was cut off
"Is this where you've been?? Sucking faces with some girl?? Why didn't you just fucking break up with me instead of cheat! Why would you lead me on? Didn't you care? About me. About my feelings? Didn't- Didn't you love me.."
(Y/n) wiped the tears falling from his eyes as he glared at the other.
Oikawa stares at (Y/n) in shock. A small smile ghosted his lips.
"You're serious?? You think I would have loved you? I was trying for your sister. When she rejected me and introduced me to you, I thought it would be fun. Why would I love you. You may be pretty but you're dense. See you later, (Y/n). I've got my princess to take care of"
And with that Oikawa walked away, hands shoved in his pockets.
That was four years ago.
(Y/n) walked towards his dorm room as he yawned. He'd just finished his last class for the day and he needed to get homework done. After Oikawa, he took a break from dating. Well. I wouldn't say 'took a break'. I would more say stopped dating.
"(L/n) wait up!" He heard someone shout.
He turned around to see Hinata running towards him. The ginger smiled softly as he caught up to the other.
"Are you doing anything tonight?" He asked.
(Y/n) shook his head.
"No. Not really. Why do you ask?"
Hinata grinned.
"Me and a few friends are going bowling. I wanted to see if you wanted to join."
(Y/n) thought for a moment before nodding.
"Yeah. Sure. Why not. Where's it at?"
After getting the place and time, Hinata waved goodbye and ran off. (Y/n) softly smiled as he continued walking to his dorm. He had some time to kill. Being the guy he is, he liked to frequent a café that was just across the street from where he lived. He got to his room and sighed softly as he opened the door. (Y/n) set his stuff on the coffee table before grabbing his coat and heading back out. He walk towards the café with a soft smile on his lips. As soon as he opened the door to the cafe, a couple of workers greeted him.
"(Y/n)! Welcome back" the first one, Dioaka, exclaimed, leaning his body slightly over the counter.
(Y/n) grinned as he saw the second, Akinari, turn around, his blonde hair tied in a pony tail.
"Ah! (Y/n)! The same as usual, I guess?" The blonde said.
"You guys know me to well" (Y/n) said with a smile.
A couple of minutes later, someone walked out of the back, holding a clipboard in his hands.
"Hey, Dio. I think there's something wrong with the stock."
Dioaka smiled, his dyed black hair bouncing a bit as he jumped.
"Oh! (Y/n)! You haven't met Kei yet!!" The ravenette said before grabbing the second blond and pulling him over to the (h/c) male.
"Kei! This is (Y/n) (L/n). He's a frequent customer here. He knows everyone here. Well, except for you. (Y/n), this is Kei Tsukishima! He's a new worker here!" Dioaka said with a grin.
(Y/n) smiled and greeted him, holding out his hand. Ke- well, Tsukishima looked at the others hand before sighing. He adjusted his glasses and shook (Y/n)'s hand.
The latter looked at the time and got up. He smiled at the others before speaking.
"I gotta go. I got some plans with my friends. I'll see you guys later! Nice to meet you, Tsukishima," (Y/n) said with a grin and a wave.
Said male quickly made his way to the bowling alley. He opened the doors and immediately saw Hinata. He called to the other with a smile.
"(L/n)!! I'm glad you could make it! Come here! Come here!"
And with that, (Y/n) began the fun of hanging out with his friends.
It had been a couple months since Akinari and Dioaka introduced (Y/n) to Tsukishima. The two had gotten a bit closer. Well, a bit was an understatement. Tsukishima had grown a crush on the guy who held the bubbly and outgoing personality in his hands. (Y/n), of course, had grown a crush on the bully and insecure type male.
Dioaka and Akinari knew. Tsukishima couldn't help but talk to Dioaka about how much (Y/n) drew him in. (Y/n) couldn't help but rant to Akinari any chance he got about how much Tsukishima looked interesting.
"Why don't you just tell him?" Both of them would ask.
The two would just give some bullshit answer before changing the subject.
One day, however, is when it had to change.
(Y/n) walked into the shop, as normal. He greeted Akinari and Dioaka with a grin. But when he looked around the shop for Tsukishima, he saw the blonde talking to another guy. The guy looked vaguely familiar, but he couldn't place it. He shrugged the thought off and sat down at a booth. Usually he would sit at the counter, but the outside looked lovely. There was a beautiful winter scene. The white snow covering every sidewalk and a couple of passers by disturbing the snow. He smiled softly as he stared. (Y/n)'s gazing was interrupted for a bit when he heard Akinari come over with his drink. He thanked the waiter and took a sip before going back to stare out the window.
It had taken about ten minutes for Tsukishima to realize that (Y/n) had walked in. It was a busy day and it didn't help that an annoying brunette kept stopping him. He sighed softly as he sat the tray he was holding on the counter.
"Kei. Why don't you take a break. You've been working pretty hard," Akinari said.
Tsukishima nodded and took his work apron off. He looked around the café before spotting (Y/n). A smile danced around his lips as Dioaka handed him a cup of coffee.
"Go get 'em, tiger" the ravenette snickered.
Tsukishima slid into the booth across from (Y/n). The (h/c) male seemed so entranced by the outside world that he didn't realize that Kei had say down.
"Are you having fun?" The blonde asked in a soft voice.
(Y/n)'s (e/c) eyes blinked a bit before turning to look at the other male.
"Oh! I didn't know you sat down," (Y/n) said, causing Tsuki to chuckle softly.
"Don't worry. I just sat down. Dio and Aki gave me a small break" he said with a soft smile.
(Y/n) nodded before glancing back outside. His eyes seemed to light up as he grabbed Tsukishima's hands.
"We should do something out in the snow! Since your on break!" The (h/c) male exclaimed.
Tsukishima couldn't help the blush that spread across his cheeks as he looked outside. He was about to answer before a figure walked beside the table and started speaking.
"Woah! Do my eyes deceive me. Is that really you, (Y/n)?"
Said male moved his gaze from Tsuki to the figure. As soon as that happened, Tsukishima noticed the light in his eyes go dark.
"Oikawa.. Long time, no see" he gave with a fake chuckle.
Almost immediately, the brunette sat down and grinned.
"Why not we do something soon! It's been a while since we last hung out!" Oikawa said.
(Y/n) took his hands off of Tsukishima's, putting them in his own lap. He looked downwards before speaking up.
"I don't know.. I'm kinda busy. With collage and everything."
Oikawa nodded.
"I know that feeling all to well. Here! Here's my number. Give me a call when you're not busy."
He set the slip of paper on the table before walking out the door and down the street.
Tsukishima couldn't help but glare at the other as he walked away. When he looked back towards (Y/n), the sight broke his heart.
The (h/c) male was looking downwards, tears falling from his face. Almost instinctively, Tsukishima shot up from his seat, going around the table and sitting down next to (Y/n). He wrapped his arms around the other, pulling him into his chest.
"Hey. Hey. You're okay," the blonde started to pet the back of (Y/n)'s head.
The (h/c) male couldn't help but cry a little bit harder and wrap his arms around the blondes torso.
"He's so mean. I hate him. He cheats on me and after four years of nothing, this is what he says? Long time no see? God I wish I could just forget him"
The words spilled out of (Y/n)'s mouth. He dug his face into Tsukishima's chest and huffed softly.
"I wish he didn't do that"
Tsukishima softly kissed the top of (Y/n)'s head before he started talking in a soft voice.
"Hey. Don't worry about him. He's an asshole who didn't deserve your beauty."
(Y/n) softly breathed in the blondes scent.
"Thank you, Kei.." he quietly said, looking downwards.
Tsukishima lifted the (h/c) male's head by the chin. His heart shattered at the puffiness of (Y/n)'s eyes. He leaned in and kissed the other on the corner of both eyes before kissing his cheek and nose. When he pulled away, he saw how red (Y/n)'s face was.
"Ah. Sorry. When I was younger and would cry, my mom would do that" he explained, looking away with a large blush.
"No no. It's okay. I liked it.."
A small smile danced on both of their lips.
"Can... Can I kiss you?" The words slipped from (Y/n)'s mouth.
The blush darkened across both of their cheeks. Tsukishima thought for a second before nodding. He cupped the side of (Y/n)'s face and leaned in. (Y/n) broke the distance and pressed his lips against Kei's.
It didn't take long before a squeal came from beside them.
"I was just coming to get Kei, but this is amazing! Has it finally happened. Are you two dating?!" One excited Dioaka exclaimed.
(Y/n) softly laughed and looked at the red faced Tsuki.
"Do you want to date me?" He asked with hopeful eyes.
Tsukishima couldn't help but grin when he saw the face.
"Yes. Yes I do" he said back.
Dioaka couldn't help but grin and laugh.
"You two are going to be so cute together!!" He exclaimed.
"But not to burst this happy scene, unfortunately Kei has to get back to work," Akinari said while walking up.
"Don't worry. I don't have anything to do for the rest of the day, so I think I might just spend it here" (Y/n) said before pushing Tsuki off of the booth.
"Now go! You don't want to get in trouble, right?"
A laugh left both of their lips as Tsukishima turned around again.
"One last kiss" he said before pecking the other on the lips.
Let's just say that the two had an amazing relationship that lasted for a while.
