I heard something fall in the kitchen before I could see what happened phillip came running in crying"mommy daddy is on the floor holding his shoulder"he said crying"watch mikey and lilly"I said running out of the baby nursery and ran to Alex"honey what happened"I asked him"idk I was finna cook dinner for u guys the next thing ik is that I'm on the floor"he said"alex ur going to the hospital"I replied"WHAT no no hospital I'm fine see"he said trying to get up but failing badly he looks at me"fine I'll go"I smiled a couple of mins later the EMTs came and took his to the hospital"don't worry miss he'll be home later on today"the lady EMT said while hugging me to make sure I dont cry they made sure they got all his stuff and left phillip came downstairs with mikey trying not to drop him and gave him to me"mommy whats wrong with daddy"he asked"daddy sprained his shoulder"I replied rubbing his head"don't worry kiddo he'll be home safely wanna cook dinner while we wait for him to get home"I asked and he nodded"ok mommy"I smiled whipping the tears from my eyes"ok can u go get ur baby sister make sure u don't drop her ok and he nods I put mikey in his chair I called everyone to tell them what happened and burr said he'll pick him up later for me

Man I can't believe I let my wife talk me into going to the hospital but I'm glad I did I was trying to pick up something I shouldn't have glad I have her and the kids a couple more mins later the doctor told me to go home and relax he wrapped my shoulder up before I left"oh and doc thx for the nursery"I said he smiled and left"alex u ready"I looked up and saw burr and nodded a few mins into the drive burr started talking"be careful next time Alexander alright"he said"ik burr I just wanted to make dinner for them then my shoulder gave out on me and now its sprained"I said looking at him he laughs"that means no heavy lifting for a while especially the other heavy lifting if u know what I mean"he said and we both started to bust out laughing we listened to music before he dropped me off"remember Alex"he said and I nodded"thx for picking me up burr"I said"np Alex gotta go to my family now they were asking about u earlier see u later"he said and I waved bye to him before walking into the house
