Guys in previous part i didn't put the tank pic so here i am posting it.
So lets start the story.
Sidharth with shaky hand open the tank and what he show, shoked him to the core.
Inside the tank, shehnaaz fully drowned in water, eyes close and face is paled up.
Seeing sidharth reaction asim,gauhar and sara come near him and they also get shocked seeing the scenario.
Bigg boss send some help to take out shehnaaz from there. They come there and was entering when sidharth stop them and said.
Sidharth- nhi. Main andar jayunga.
Asim- par sidharth...
Asim didn't able to complete his word as sidharth stop him gesturing by his hand.
The helper reduce some water through pipe so that sidharth could go inside. As soon as the tank water become half, sidharth come up the the tank and enter inside. He took shehnaaz in his arm and then gave to the helper. The helpers pull her out. Gauhar and sara went near them. The halper place her down. Sara immediately sit near her and took her face in her lap. Gauhar also sit besite har. Sidharth with the help of helper come outside and went near shehnaaz. Tears r flowing from sara's eyes. She pat sana's face.
Sara- sana! Sana! Uthna. Ankhe khol na. Dekh main tera pass hun. Tujha kuch nhi hua hai. Plezz uth na.. ankhe khol nah. Kyun nhi khul rahi. Dekh kyasa sab log parashan ho raha hai tera liya.. uthna..
Sara was continuesly patting her face but there is no responce. Her whole body is now cold. She is lying like a lifeless body.
Sara- gauhar dekho nh sana uth hi nhi rahi hai. Kab sa bula rahi hun. Sunti nhi hai. Pata hai ghar main bhi aysa karti hai kisi ki nhi sunti. Har tym apna is jidd kaliya khud ko muskil main dalti hai.
Gauhar seeing notice her pale face and thing something is wrong. She touch her face and realise her its cold then she touch her hand which is also cold.
Gauhar- shehnaaz ka body pura thankda hogaya hai. Usa immediately dr ko dikhana chahi hai. Bigg boss plez call dr.
Sidharth listening this immediately went near gauhar,sit and pull shehnaaz in his lap from sara. He touch her face and hand which cold like ice.
Bigg boss- sidharth ap jaldi sa shehnaaz ko leka nicha garden area main leka aya.
Sidharth take her in his arm and went to garden area. All follow him. Hina in this whole time smirking but nikki was feeling guilty though she wanted shehnaaz out from the game but not by harming.
Sidharth went to garden area and see there a lady dr and one nurse. They then asked him to take her in asim room. He went inside and place her on bed. Giving her last glance he come outside. Nurse change shehnaaz wet cloth. Dr asked housemates to boil some water and asked bb to arrange heater in the room. Sara and gauhar went to boil water. Bigg boss arrange heater. Dr while checking her get know that her heart has stop. They immediately arranged shock machine. They ready the iron thing and put some gel one it and fixed the power. After giving her 5 to 6 times her heart again starts beating. The nurse start rubbing her hand and leg. Dr pressure her chest hardly so that the water went inside her will come out. After some time water comes out. Her body slowly starts coming to normal temperature. Dr check her.

On the other side, sid was passing here and there in garden near the room. As door and window is close he couldn't able to see what is happening inside. Sara is continuesly crying. Gauhar is consoling her. Asim also standing one corner near rome. Dr come out. Sidharth seeing dr immediately came near dr. Other also move to them.
Sidharth- Dr. How is she? Everything thing is fine right? Ap kuch bol kyun nhi raha ha? Boliya na.
Asim come near sidharth and hold his shoulder
Asim- calm down bro. Pahla tu bolna toh de. Tab sa bola ja raha hai. Dr ap boliya.
Dr- extreme panick attack ka wajay sa uski heart stop ho hayi thi.(sidharth listening this gets shock. Dr see his reaction so she said) don't worry. Ab thik hai. Shock diya gaya tha. She is really very strong nhi toh normal asa bohut der tak heart stop rahna sa responce milna bohut mushkil hota hai aur kabhi kabhi bacha na bhi mushkil hota hai. Ok leave it. Uska andar sa pani nikal diya gaya hai but abhi tak ussa hosh nhi ayi hai aur uski pulse bhi bohut dhira chal rhi hai so she is still in danger. We will keep her in observation for 3 hrs if then also she didn't cone to her sense back then usa hospital shift kar na hoga.
Saying this dr went back to room. Sidharth stand there like a statue. He didn't able react. Dr ward are roaming. Specially the last word she will leave him alone here. The mare thought of her, leaving him alone is haunting her. He don't know what he feels for her or what connect him to her but he can't lose her. Asim shake him bringing him back from his thoughts.
Asim- kuch nhi hoga usa. Tu chinta matt kar.
Sidharth just stare at him in blank face. Asim couldn't able to see him like this, hug him tightly.
Asim- aysa nhi kar sidharth. Tu aysa tut nhi sakta. U have to be strong. For her. Usa jab hosh ayga woh tujha aysa halat main dekhka dukhi hogi. Usa bilkul accha nhi laga ga. Apna ap ko samal bhai.
Saying this asim break the hug and left from there.
Sidharth (pov)
Asim sahi kahraha hai. Mujha strong rehnahi hoga. Shehnaaz mujha ayaa dekhe gi toh kush nhi hogi. She needs me. Mujha apna ap ko control karna hi hoga.(suddenly dr word again crush his head) agar shehnaaz ko kuch ho gaya toh? Uski heart stop ho gayi thi aur mujha pata bhi nhi chala. Usa shock diya gaya, kitna laga hoga usa. Agar shehnaaz ko 3 ghanth main hosh nhi aya toh usa hospital main le jayanga. Agar woh firsa wapas nhi ayi toh? Agar main uska sath kabhi nhi mil payi toh? Nhi,nhi aysa nhi ho sakta. Shehnaaz ko kuch nhi hoga. Woh mujha chorka kahin nhi jayigi. Kahin nhi.

Sidharth went to smoking room and starts smoking. Its his first tym. After coming here, in this 2 days he never went for smoke and reason was shehnaaz and now he is smoking and the reason is same, shehnaaz.

Its now 2hrs. One side dr are treating shehnaaz. There is no responce in her and on the other side, sidharth is continuesly smoking. His eyes r now red,hair all messed up. Asim tried alot to take him out but failed.
After some time,asim came running to sidharth.
Asim- bro,bro jaldi nikal. Dr bahar aya hai.
Sidharth listening this come out. Asim looking at his condition, get shocked but smile seeing him worried for someone. They both went to dr.
Sidharth- dr. Sab thik haina? Shehnaaz. Shehnaaz ko hosh aya na? Woh thik hai nah?
All get shocked seeing sidharth concert and vulnerable state.
Dr- Relax. She is absolutely fine now and out of denger. She came back to her sense. Sab thik hai but she is weak and as woh pani main bohut time sa rahi hai toh she might have fever at night. Ussa body main pain bhi bohut hogi so she need some care. Aur raat ko ussa panick attack bhi ay sakta hai, its normal but someone should stay with her so main soch rhi thi nurse ko rak...
Sidharth interrupt her and said- no need dr. I will take care of her. I will be there with her at night.
Dr- then it solve. Usa khana main garam soup dena it will help her feel good. Aur medicine rakhi hai. Fever ana sa jal patti kar na aur thandi laga toh heater on kardena. Abhi usa atleast do din ki rest chahi hai so i will talk to bb about this. And if any prblm happens plezz inform me.
Nurse explain him about everything. Doctor and nurse went from there. All housemates move from there to do there work. As dr told them not to disturd her they didn't met her. Sidharth also went to kitchen to make soup. Gauhar asim and hina sit on the couch near kitchen. Sara is in garden to keep a watch over sana.
Hina- bapra pehla task main itna kuch kardiya abhi toh bohut hai. Ek choti si task main pura ghar ko sarpa chara diya. Itna kon drama karta hai.
Sidharth listening this clench his fist but didn't said anything but asim couldn't able to resist listening this so he said.
Asim- just shut up hina! Pahli batt toh woh choti si task nhi thi. She could have die or something worst could happened. Aur dusri batt toh ay jo kuch bhi hua hai woh tumhari wajay sa hua hai. Just becoz of ur stupid task aj shehnaaz ka ay halat hai. (Asim from the beginning get sister vides from shehnaaz and he declare her as her sister. In whole task time whatever task hina was giving to her making asim more angrier and in this last task whatever happened makes him more worst and he very well knows hina is connected in to the person who switch on the tank. And now by hina's word he couldn't able to control himself and burst in to her) so u should better keep u r mouth shut.
Gauhar- mujha bohut suspicious lag raha hai. Bigg bigg ko toh pata tha ki tank ka andar shehnaaz hain toh woh toh nhi on karenga toh kiya kon?? Mujha lag raha hai ay koi jan bujh ka kiya hai.(eyeing to hina)
Asim- jo bhi kiya hai bohut bari galti kiya hai gauhar. Bohut jald pata lag jaya ga kon kiya hai aur tab main usa dekhaunga ki saza kisko kahta hai(eyeing to hina)
Hina notice them, they r talking while looking at her.
Hina- Tum... log mujha ...ay..sa kyun ...de...dekh rh.ho . Ho sakta hai koi galti sa kar diya hai. Jan bujhka k..ko..kon aur.. kyu..n karega.(Stammering)
Asim smirk seeing her fear face and Stammering words and said.
Asim- woh toh weekend ka vaar main hi pata chal jaya ga.
Hina excuse herself and quickly went from there. She knew if she stays here for more minutes she will messed up.
Sidharth feel happy that leaving him there r other two peaple who will be there with shehnaaz and will support her.
After making soup,sidharth asim and gauhar went to sana. They went inside the room and see sana still sleeping. They slowly come close to her. Sara set beside her and place her hand on sana's hand. Sana feeling someone's hand open her eyes.
Sara- kyasi hai? Bola tha na kitna barr, nhi kar fir bhi meri batt nhi suni. Dekh kya ho gaya. Agar tujha kuch ho jata toh kya hota.
Saying this sara hug her tightly and starts sobbing. Shehnaaz hug her back and rub her back. Shehnaaz eyes fell on sidharth and get surprise seeing his face condition. Sara broke the hug and notice her looking at sidharth. So she said.
Sara- sidharth bohut darr gaya tha pata hai. Pura time jab tak tera treatment chal rahi thi tab tak woh room ka bahar khara tha. Ekbar bhi kahin nhi baitha nahi kisi sa batt kiya.
Shehnaaz listening this feel happy that he care for her so much. Gauhar came near her and said.
Gauhar- kaisi hai? Kuch prblm nhi ho rha hai nh? Jab bhi prblm ho mujha bata nh aur kuch laga toh mujha ay fir hum sab masa kisiko bata nh. Dr ne strictly bed rest lena kaliya bola hai toh no moving out of bed.
Shehnaaz nod her head and said- abhi main thik hun. Ap kharen kyun hai baithiya.
Sara move little bit, gauhar sit beside her. Asim also come there and sit otherside of shehnaz
Asim- dekho. Kitna kuch ho gaya. Sidharth na mana kiya tha nah fir bhi nhi suni. Dekh kyasa bed pa lati hai. Pata hai humlog kitna darr gaya tha. U r very stubborn shehnaaz.
Saying this asim smack her hear playfully but softly. Shehnaaz too hit him back on his chesh.(shehnaaz also make asim as his brother. She gets brotherly vide from him. And feel comfortable near him) all laugh on this.
They talk for some tym. In this whole talk session sidharth didn't utter a word. He was just looking at shehnaz and smiling and same goes to shehnaz, she was also staring at him. Her whole concentration was at him. The trio notice this so to give them some privacy, they said
Asim- chalo hum chalta hai. Bohut ratt ho gayi hai aur tujha rest bhi lena hai.
Gauhar- haan chalo. Ara soup toh thanda ho gaya. Chalo main garam kar lati hun. La de sidharth.
Sidharth hand her the tray. Gauhar went out following asim after wishing gd night
Sara- samal ka reh. Koi prblm hogi toh bulana. Good night.
Sana- gd night.
Sara also left from there.
Sidharth lock the room and...
