It was two years after the war had ended, and his life wasn't slowing down. There were expectations coming from everyone about his next move in life. Marry Ginny, become a professional quidditch player. No one had asked what he wanted in life. The only person who didn't have expectations was his best friend Hermione Granger.
She had been his best friend, and he was in love with her. He had been in love with her for as long as he could remember. He just went along with what people wanted because they had been the only family he had known. He knew Hermione was close, he could smell her perfume. "Sickle for your thoughts Harry?" she sat next to him on the dock. "I want to live my life.
