Lauren's pov:
" I'm so proud of you. You stopped running from your fear and you finally faced what you need to." Gale said standing with my mother.
He looked like gale again.
" but why didn't you tell me?!" I asked in confusion.
" there is a reason to every problem honey."
" I'm confused."
" don't be honey. We love you. And we will be watching over you, but you need to wake up."
" Lauren sweetheart wake up."
" baby wake up?"
I started to open my eyes.
There was a shirtless Jason standing in front of me. The blinds hid some light.
" good morning princess, happy birthday." Jason said as he leaned down and kissed me.
" oh man 18 years old." I said as I stretched my arms and sat up.
There was a rose in a vase with a card on the night stand.
" I have a lot planned for us today, so we should get you going!" Jason said as I stood up.
" like what?" I asked.
" well it's gonna be a relaxed day, so follow me." He said as I rubbed my eyes and walked with him into the bathroom.
There were candles lit everywhere and the bathtub was full of bubbles and rose peddles.
" you can enjoy a peaceful bubble bath, then come downstairs and have a delicious breakfast." Jason said as he turned on soothing music and went to leave.
" wait Jason!" I said grabbing his hand.
" yes?" He turned around.
" thank you." I said hugging him.
" haha you're welcome." I grabbed my robe and Jason left, he left the door cracked a little.
Jason left his phone up here for music... Hmm I haven't actually been into music but Jason seems to know music since he is so good at singing.
I grabbed his phone and went through his phone. Jason liked rap, which I did too which it good. I put try me on by dej loaf on and got undressed.
The bath felt so good on my stomach scar. It burned at first but then felt really clean after I laid in there for a while.
I heard a knock on the door then someone walked in.
" mom?" What?
" you need to listen to me." She sat on a stool next to the bath and leaned over to me.
" understand what?" I asked sitting up.
" Paul is after you, not looking for you. You need to tell Jason!" My mom said to me warning.
" wait how do you know, mom!" I asked.
" I have to go!" She stood up and turned around.
" no wait mom!" I got up and grabbed a towel.
" Lauren don't follow me!" She turned around and stopped me.
" just don't." She whispered.
" Lauren, Lauren babe wake up, it's just a dream wake up." I faintly heard someone talking to me.
I opened my eyes and saw Jason.
I looked around. Weird.
" happy birthday baby." He said kissing my cheek.
" thanks..." I looked over at him.
" what wrong?" Jason asked sitting up.
" nothing, just a weird dream." I said as I stretched.
" it's okay. You're awake now, and today is gonna be fun, so you probably want to get ready soon!" Jason said standing up from the bed.
" haha fun things like what?" I asked standing up and putting covers around my body.
" like things that are called a surprise." Jason said wrapped his arms around me so I was bundled up all around.
" ok Jason let go." I said trying to get free.
" not before morning kiss." Jason said leaning back and looking at me questioning.
" oh yes yes ." I laughed and he smiled.
" let me brush my teeth and wash my body." I said walking into the bathroom.
" okay, I'm gonna make some pancakes." Jason said as he watched me go in the bathroom.
" sounds yummy." I smiled looking back at him.
There was a flower in a vase on the bathroom counter with a note from Jason saying happy birthday to me.
I decided to just wash my face and brush my teeth.
I walked downstairs and Ariana and Brandon were on the coach talking and watching tv.
When I went into the kitchen Jason was on his phone.
" that was fast." He said locking it.
" I can just take a shower later." I said but I was just sorta creeped out from the bathroom dream.
" Ariana and I were talking and we decided that fredo needs a girl soon. " Jason said.
" you know he really hit it off with my friend ana." I said smiling.
" her parents chill or phill?" Jason asked getting out stuff for food.
" phill?" I asked.
" like dr.phill crazy."
( no hate against dr.phill he's my bro just thought it rhymed)
" OMG." I started busting out laughing.
" haha but they are sorta in the middle." I said.
" how old is she?" Jason asked.
" 18, she turns 19 in summer." I said as I sat on the counter.
" would she date someone 8 years older than her?" Jason asked.
" well I'm dating someone 5 years older." I said looking at him.
" yeah but you don't have a choice." Jason said pointed the spatula at me.
" I could've chose to have you sleep on the couch at the hotel when we were on our way here the first time remember? You member." I said in a George Lopez voice.
" we need you to stop watching George Lopez." Jason said laughing.
" that's my dude. He's so damn funny!" I said crossing my arms.
" yeah I memeber." Jason said.
" that's how we actually started making conversation. " I said.
" you literally wouldn't even look at me." Jason said laughing.
" cause I was scared you were going to kill me!" I said defending myself.
" did I?" Jason asked.
" not yet." I grinned.
He looked over at me and winked.
" I think If I wanted to kill you I probably would've already." Jason said as he flipped pancakes and put bacon on the burner.
" how?" I laughed.
" I mean I could've just not kidnapped you." Jason said looking up at me.
" could you have killed me while I was with you?" I asked.
" I could kill you right now for putting your feet on my counter" Jason said sarcastically.
" bet, no you wouldn't." I mocked him.
" bet." Jason said turning the stove off and putting the pancakes and bacon on a plate.
I paused and ate some bites of pancakes.
" mhmm." Jason said to no response from me.
" you wouldn't, and couldn't cause I'm too fly." I laughed took a piece of bacon and jumped down from the counter and ran outside because Jason started chasing me.
" fredo he's gonna kill me!" I said running to him.
" what?" Fredo asked seriously covering me.
" we bet." Jason came out and we ran around fredo.
" Jason stop hahaha." I laughed and ran as he chased after me. He got up to me and picked me up.
" Jason you do realize that you taught me how to get out if these situations. I said kicking around.
" you're going in the water." Jason said holding me still.
" Jason don't do it!" I said as kicked the air.
but as you know Jason doesn't listen and he brought me right in the water.
" 1."

"3!" Right then Jason dropped both of us in the water. We were soaked.
Fredo was just staring at us like we were crazy.
" I'm gonna kill you." I said jumping and pushing him back under water.
He got up and accidentally spit water in my face trying to catch his breathe.
" ew Jason." I said as we both dripped of water.
" sorry." Jason laughed and wiped my face then stroked my cheek.
" no one is dead right?" Fredo asked.
" ready?" I smiled.
Jason nodded.
We both ran to him and hugged him getting him wet.
" guys my phone!" Fredo said holding it away from us.
" Vegas save the phone." Fredo threw his phone and the dog caught it and dropped it out his mouth on the porch.
" what did you do to that dog for him to be so smart?" I asked looking at Jason.
"he's just a good dog."
Ariana came outside with Brandon carrying her in a piggy back.
" happy birthdayyyy!!!!" Ariana said In song.
" thank you." I smiled as Jason put his arm around me.
" Jason did you sing her the birthday song yet?" Ariana asked.
" no he didn't." I looked up at him and he gave the death glare at Ariana.
" do you really want me to sing it for you?" He asked.
" uh yess!" I said.
" okay." He stepped away so he was facing me.

Toooo you." Jason sung beautifully.
" awe. Thank you." I hugged him and he kissed my cheek.
" well you guys looks a little wet, maybe you should change?" Ariana asked.
" yeah haha we should." I looked up at Jason.
We walked in and slowly walked on the tile floor trying not to slip.
" so I want you to get dressed in what's on the bed and I'll meet you back downstairs. Take your time." Jason said as he opened the bedroom door.
Jason's pov:
I got dressed quickly and went back downstairs to talk to ari about the plans.
Lauren was doing her makeup and getting dressed in the outfit I got her.
" ari get the boys together and hurry up and come inside." I said as she sat at the kitchen table.
" I just sat down, come on!" Ariana whined.
I opened the back door and called the guys in then turned around.
" soo hard." I said sarcastically.
" yep it is." She said as the guys came in.
" okay I gotta make this quick, have Ariana pick out the colors and stuff you guys help her put the stuff up, go to party city and get party decorations and go to pops and decorate, okay go! Fredo wait you come here." I said holding in to his shoulder.
" yeah?"
" I need you to pick someone up at the airport then do the things this note says?" I gave him a envelope and he took it,
" go to airport now!" I said as I walked upstairs.
When I got in the bathroom Lauren was still putting makeup on listening to music. She hasn't even put the dress on. Why the hell do girls take so long to get ready. I went to the bed a just laid down waiting for her to get done with makeup. Vegas jumped up on the bed with me.
" do you understand why girls take so long putting makeup on even though they are naturally gorgeous?" I indirectly asked Vegas to Lauren.
" oh hey didn't see you there." Lauren turned around as she curled her eyelashes.
" oh hey." I looked over at her.
" whatcha doing?" She asked turned back around and looking at me through the mirror.
" just talkin to my dog." Vegas tail started to go crazy.
" cool." She laughed.
After 5 mins she closed the door so I decided to go sleep.
Vegas cuddled right next to me laying his head on my lap.
" okay Jason, how do I look." Lauren woke me up opening the door.
" oh baby( yawn) you look amazingly gorgeous." I said going over to her and kissing her forehead.
" thank you. So you get dressed and I'll finish my hair. "
" you still have hair!" I asked.
" I'm just straightening it." Lauren said as she walked back Into the bathroom.
" fine." I smiled at her and went into the closet to change.
I put on light jeans, with black neos, and a black shirt to match the shoes. I got my SnapBack on and I decided to wear my chains and and watch.
When I walked out the closet Lauren was standing in the mirror putting her earrings in.
" you look, gorgeous Lauren." I said whispering and kissing her cheek.
" thank you Jason." She smiled and blushed a little.
" well I have some things planned so we should go." I said holding her hand.
" yes we shall." We walked out the room and downstairs.
" wait where is everyone?" Lauren asked as I looked for the keys.
" fredo had to run to the airport because he forgot something in the jet, and um Bradon and Ariana took a walk on the beach." I said still looking for my keys.
" Vegas!" I whistled for him and he came running in.
" where are my keys boy?" He ran out the room and upstairs.
" nicee." I said smoothly the ran upstairs. I heard Lauren laugh while I left.
My Keys were on the damn bed where I slept.
" thanks bud." I pet his head and went back downstairs.
" he found them I'm guessing." Lauren said standing up.
" yupp." I put the keys up in the air and she laughed.
" haha ok let's go." I opened the door for her and we got in my black Mercedes.
" so where are we going?" Lauren asked.
" well first I wanna show you some place, and introduce you to some people, then out to eat." I said as I passed pops and saw ari and Brandon's car. Good they are on schedule, I just hope the jet is.
" sounds different okay."
Lauren smiled and looked over at me.
I drove a little past Miami and into the neighborhood alex and I were introduced to when we first came to Florida.
" so this is uncle matts house, he's like, the runner of the family, and next to him is mama Kay, we are actually going to stop in and say hi to her real quick." I said pulling into her driveway.
There were kids running around everywhere.
" aye what's up little man haven't seen you in ages bro." My boy Ricky came up to us as we got out the car.
" nothing man, this is my girlfriend, Lauren, Lauren this is an old friend of mine Ricky."
" old friend? Bro you making me sound 35 years old. Nice to meet you Lauren." He shook Lauren's hand and laughed.
" you know what I mean, is mama inside?" I asked.
" yeah she's chillin, she's gonna have a heart attack when she sees you bro." Ricky said opening the screen door for us.
This neighborhood isn't the "best" neighborhood but it's still home to me. I just hope nothing happens while we are here.
" aye mama, where you at?" Ricky said going through the house, just as it was when I left.
Ricky and mama aren't related but he grew up in the neighborhood just like me, and mama Kay is just the one you go to for everything, her husband papa rence passed away a couple years ago I heard.
" I'm comin honey hold on." She said coming out from the kitchen.
" hi mama." I said as I walked over to her and hugged.
" jayyy, honey what are you doing?"
" I'm here with my girlfriend, we are gonna be in Miami for a while and I just wanted to stop by and say hi I haven't seen you in forever mama." Lauren came up to me and smiled.
" oo honey your very pretty, pretty smile, pretty hair, you got a good one jay, don't mess it up with her." Mama said.
" thank you, I'm Lauren." She shook her hand.
" oh honey we hug here." Mama said hugging her.
" haha good!"
" here honey let's sit down and talk." Mama said as she slowly walked to the living room.
" where's lil B?" Ricky asked.
" he left for work." Mama said looking at him.
" mama we won't be able to stay forever, but you won't have to worry we will be back. Do you need anything?" I asked kindly.
" no no dear I'm good, you get on your way, y'all look dressed all good."
" it's actually Lauren's birthday, we are going down to pops after this." I said holding her hand.
" ah well happy birthday sugar! And you tell joe I want to see him!
" thank you!"
" okay mama I'll see you later." I got up and hugged her then Lauren hugged her.
" it was so nice meeting you!"
" you too honey!"
" alright peace homes, text me for plans." Ricky said stuffing his face in the kitchen.
" ha ok rick." I opened the door for Lauren and helped her down the stairs.
" so this is where you grew up?" Lauren asked walking with me to the car.
" well yeah when I was 11 I came here with Alex so I basically grew up here." I said looking down the street to see the kids riding their bikes and their parents siting on chairs watching them.
" it seems like a nice place to grow up in, like the people are really caring." Lauren said looking at me.
" it made me the person I am today." I said getting in the car.
" it made you a great person." Lauren said kissing me on the cheek.
I looked down at my phone and fredo texted me " dude best present ever"
Good. He got it.
" you ready to go?" I asked looking over at her.
" yeah!" She said happily.
